Vitamin B12 can really help, and just stuff you already know. Whole foods, filled with antioxidants, and omegas. Stuff like avocados, quinoa, low sodium beens, veggies, some fruit, oh and probiotics, like greek yogurt. Seeds and nuts..avoid processed but a little splurging is ok, now and again. Drink lots water, maybe add green tea to your coffee, if you drink it. Try to take time to exercise, even just 10-30 min 3-5 xs a week can make a huge diff. Rest is key, but you said, you do well in this arena. I think baby steps are the key to maintaining balance, for me anyway.. Just remember practice need not make perfection but instead habit.
