Jesus promised to send the Holy Spirit to lead His followers/disciples/apostles to 'ALL TRUTH'! John 16: "But when he comes, the Spirit of truth, he will guide you to all truth."

So my point is, " With so many disagreements/arguments/perspectives on every major element of Scripture, Old and New Testament (OSAS/Baptism/Rapture/Works/faith/salvation/real presence.......etc/etc......., there are obiously many that mistakingly think that they are being lead by the Spirit, but, they can't be because there are not multiple truths which oppose each other. Some are just incorrect/lies

The Spirit was sent to lead us to ALL TRUTH, not the differing truths that we blindly/vehemently cling to. How can we tell which of us has the Spirit, THE SPIRIT OF ALL TRUTH?

Bingo. Bullseye. Very few "christians" are actually Christians, and that includes many here.

What you both overlook is that there are degrees of maturity and learning among Christians. We don't get saved and immediately understand all things properly; we must learn things over a lifetime, and in the process, we come to change our minds on certain issues.

Its written in zechariah, tell your neighbor the truth. God's Election have holy spirit . Read first Peter chapter 1 and romans chapter 11. Most people have spirit of stupor. Jesus confirms this in Matthew chapter 13, parable of the sower. The apostles asked Jesus why he always taught in parables?. Jesus tells His disciples. That the mystery of God is hidden from them. But revealed to His disciples. The apostles are Gods Election !!. Except judas, he was a kenite. Understand. Theirs a holy seed from generation to generation, that's the elect. I'm one of God's Elect. In mark chapter 13. Jesus says He shortened the time for the Elect sakes. Were in end times. Colossians chapter 1 will document the mystery of God is revealed to the saints. That's God's Elect.

Some people cant see the truth, their spirtualty blind. So they think man of God is fruit cake. I already documented what I said prior. Some people are illiterate, they dont study the bible or cant understand it.I once worked with fellow security guard on third shift, many years ago. This dude read romance novels. Hes filling his mind with Garbage !!,. He had to get storage unit to pack away his compulsive romance books. But the holy bible has no significance. Who's the fruit cakes.

Its really not that hard. Read what the Bible says about any given doctrinal subject and believe what the Bible says about it. Even if you have to change your mind.
Jesus said come to him as a little child. Children believe what is told to them.

Jesus said we must come to him as little children. Children believe what is told to them. They dont need to rationalize and logic and reconcile it with common thought or material understanding.

folks as love the Holy Ghost have throughout all generation been amazingly in broad agreement in doctrines. Diversity of opinions is simply because people learn their doctrines from man. these days from vids.

All good points here but I’ve made peace with this a long long time ago.
I think all versions or denominations are correct Because the unifying figure is Jesus Christ.

So if you take this question at face value and say “Why are there so many denominations and who’s correct?”
Then you have to make a choice here. You can either choose your version is correct and everybody else is wrong which also means that Christianity is false, or you try at least to accept that everyone is reaching for Jesus Christ in their own ways.

I like Dino’s explanation that we have to change our thinking when we learn new truths but let’s say a random person doesn’t have to time to spend a lifetime to learn about Christianity.
Let’s say that he’s on the outside and asking IN, one of us.

I tell them : “Everybody is right in their own way because they belive in Jesus”

I would not go so far as that, what we have is a Corinthian sort of church.
I hear you. The Gospel of John, however, told us to "test the spirits" because of all the false teaching that was (and still is) going on. And so, testing the Spirits within is what I have done to formulate a general consensus.

Yes, but believing in Jesus as what? As who?

When we say that we believe in Jesus, this means that we must be in agreement with His Holy Purpose. When we say that we believe in Jesus, this means that we must be in agreement with His Holy Work. When we say that we believe in Jesus, this means that we must be in agreement with His Holy Effect.

So, if we do not understand the Purpose, Work, and Effect of Christ, how can we say that we believe in Him? "Believing" in Christ means that we have a proper believe in His Purpose, Work, and Holy Effect.

Well most believe that Jesus Christ is God incarnate of course. That He is our savior and that He will return to us again.
And yes I agree with what you described too. But I’m simply approaching this from a reasonable standpoint especially when we are seen by the eyes of an outsider (unbelievers).

To properly believe in Jesus and His True Gospel, I highly suggest that ALL memorize and deeply study the below seven verses:

Colossians 2:9-15 NLT - "For in Christ lives all the fullness of God in a human body. So you also are complete through your union with Christ, who is the head over every ruler and authority. When you came to Christ, you were "circumcised," but not by a physical procedure. Christ performed a spiritual circumcision--the cutting away of your sinful nature. For you were buried with Christ when you were baptized. And with him you were raised to new life because you trusted the mighty power of God, who raised Christ from the dead. You were dead because of your sins and because your sinful nature was not yet cut away. Then God made you alive with Christ, for he forgave all our sins. He canceled the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing it to the cross. In this way, he disarmed the spiritual rulers and authorities. He shamed them publicly by his victory over them on the cross."

right. Well, the key to a better understanding of agreement, is the phrase LEAD US INTO ALL TRUTH

We are not endowed with all truth at the moment of conversion nor will we ever reach that milestone until we are in the Presence of the One who IS all truth.

Frankly, judging others grasp of truth or comprehension only leads to more disagreement and disparaging behavior on the part of some people whether here or anywhere.

How about some understanding, patience and hope in dealing with others such as Christ has had with us.

We are all so forgiving of ourselves.

Sure, sometimes kooks come but they also go and are easily identified. Understand that the gifts that are given through the Holy Spirit, at the behest of God, are to help us grow and come into unity. A little difficult for that when so many disparage some of the gifts that do the very thing people say is missing from Christians.

The One the Father sent to lead us into all truth by the gifts God has created for our benefit, is rejected in many churches. (you know that I am sure)

Some of those manmade doctrines have created churches with the word 'Ichabod' over their church entrance. :(

Agreed. The church at Corinth had divisions and strife, and yet, they were saved, washed, and justified.

We don't even see eye to eye on the version brother...words matter to the Lord, His holy and pure words. His words are more than thoughts, they are life.
