Does the Bible support the idea of a spinning ball earth flying through space, or is that a Satanic, Masonic lie?

If the earth was flat, I would expect there to be at least one Bible verse that says so.

None do. But then again, the Bible is not a science book, or a book on astrophysics.
Those types of threads are high entertainment venues.
The Bible is not a science book??? It is the standard by which we judge whether so-called science is true or false.

If you've been asking for 8 years I'm sure you've heard all the arguments, yet you still ask. I'm curious to know what you think about it. Are you undecided or have you already formed an opinion which you're daring people to knock off your shoulder?

I would love to hear compelling and intelligent answers to that question. I have been asking that among the Christian community for 8 years now without getting an answer that holds water. If I asked "does the Bible support the idea that we live on a motionless plane, with the Sun, Moon, and stars circling around us, I would expect a flurry of Bible verses, since they are there. Going to bed now, but look forward to reading replies tomorrow.
I have already decided and am completely confident in my beliefs. I base that on:
1. The Bible, which is a flat earth book from cover to cover.
2. My personal observation
3. My personal testing
4. Government documents which actually declare the earth is flat and immovable.
5. My personal knowledge from being an avionics technician in the Air Force.
6. Common sense. (after all, can't we trust everything the government tells us, and why is the globe earth the most widely pushed propaganda since infancy?)

I just wanted to ask a "Christian" community why they still believe in the impossi-ball.
So far, no intelligent arguments.

The Bible supports the Creator made the creation. It is temporary, and it has been systemized by God, not by any other, for there is no other.
Amen. The Bible tells us everything we need to know. Our emphasis needs to be on believing what Jesus said and doing what Jesus did.

Fine with me. I haven't even been in an airoplane. Far less flow over the South Pole or seen it frome a rocket-ship. Maybe I... just don't care anymore.

VOR and VORTAC are aviation navigation tools that prove spereical earth. Because vhf transmission follow a line of sight course. So
If you are flying at 14500 feet msl and you have a 40 statute mile range if you increase altitude to above 14500 up to 17999 you get a 100 mile range. If you increase to 18000 to fl 450 that range increases to 130 miles.
And here is why.

The picture is a hyperbole but shows the reason.

Lots of big references, but frankly you don't know what your talking about. Planes fly at an absolute level, and before terrain- following radar, would not be able to follow the earts supposed curve.

I think pony-man's post was about altitude, my friend.

It's the Weight of our Planet in circumference to the Sun. Between electromagnetic, Laws of Physics, and Gravity, we are hurling around the Sun non stop until God changes it.

True: the Bible is NOT a science book.

I am surprised you did not know that already.

Glad to be of service. You are welcome.

Nowhere does the Bible declare the Earth flat.

It's pretty cool actually. If we could replace the outerSpace Atmosphere at point 1 full from Earth's outer edge at Orbit, and then place everything in a controlled environment, like what we have in our Planets Atmosphere, the Earth is hurling so fast if we were standing still in front of it would be like getting hit with the Speed of Sound. Talk about a body being blown into trillions of tiny wave particles floating slowly apart.
