as the mother of nine, you might appreciate this:
when my sisters and i were growing up, every Saturday morning we had to change our sheets and dust and vacuum our bedrooms. when we invariably grumbled, mom would say,
"ashes to ashes and dust to dust; there's somebody either coming or going under your beds!"
she had a sense of humor and was a really great mom. i miss her.
