Lemmee put it this way ... Jesus taught people how they should live. But did He ever FORCE anyone to live in that way? Or were they FREE to ignore His teachings and do what they wanted, no matter the future spiritual cost?

You want people to live according to Jesus teachings (an honorable wish). But are you willing to FORCE them into it if they don't go along freely?

So again, I rephrase the question I posited earlier. Is this country not based on personal freedom, and are you willing to let people be free (even to their own detriment), or are you looking to form a Christian dictatorship and force them into compliance?

sadly what is also not a judgement call is that a large number of Americans, even a very large number of Americans who describe themselves as 'Christians' simply do not care whether he is a liar or a criminal. it's been widely known and publicized ever since he first campaigned that he openly lies, constantly, and that he flaunts the law.

It's kind of like having a heathen king being used to deliver God's people out of Babylon. The children of Israel didn't like God's choice of method. Nevertheless, we still have this treasure in earthen vessels so the power may be seen to be from him and the glory accrued to His great name.

Yeah, when he dissed John McCain for being captured and made a prisoner of war. Being a former military member that did not set right with me. The military is the only government institution that I respect. Trump lost my respect for saying what he did. Deplorable.

So is Biden, so did Hillary when she ran against him. So did Obama when he said he was against homosexual marriage and then lit up the WH to celebrate it. Bush took us into a war they said we could win, then realized we couldn't and never told Americans. He daddy said "no new taxes" and we know what happened there. So if you're not going to vote for a politician because they stretch the truth, or lie, or twist facts, stay home!


Americans have been putting "liars" in office a long time before Trump. I didn't live state side when Clinton was re-elected but I went to a large Christian convention, well known, all denominations. As we asked about Clintions situation we heard constantly " that's his private life, has nothing to do with his job as a president". That tune changed for Trump pretty fast. If you could look at the votes I bet you'd find a lot of Christians voted for Clinton a second time, and no one has committed more crimes than the Clintons unless its the Bidens.

Yep, this is what many miss, is that this isn't simply a matter of who Americans prefer, the whole world is watching. Why do you think they are selling US bonds, and they are dumping them as quickly as they can while trying to not start a full scale stampede.
