What makes you think you will? By the grace of God are we saved. Those that are saved, those that have asked for forgiveness of their sins and accepted Jesus as their savor. That by no means says that we can dishonor Him by not following his Commandments. If you are saved, they should be imbedded in your heart and mind.
So you believe you have eternal life. and through it you WILL get to heaven, Not MIGHT get to heaven?

I did not ask you what a persons does after we are saved. nor did Dan. so not sure why you wanted to go there, that is another conversation altogether

Not the first statement in blue... I'm not going to stand in judgment of what anyone's believes unless they come right out and denounce God. I think the primes is correct for the most part in your second statement in blue but not all of it.
The Law of Mosses had to do with the Laws coming from the first 5 books of the Hebrew Bible called the Torah.
from the 2nd through the 5th books of the Torah there are 600+ commandments and regulations "the law of Moses" this is on top of the Ten Commandments given by God. We still obey the Ten commandments because they are all moral laws, but we are no longer under all the commandments and regulations that they had to observe before Christ became our sacrificial lamb. So, it did away with the old Mosaic Laws and kept Gods Laws in affect.
Gods laws?

Did Not God give moses the law?

they are all his laws are they not?

They obeyed the Mosaic laws way before God gave Moases the Ten commandments. They are separate. Like I said there are over 600 commandments and regulations referred to in the Law of Moses There are only 10 in Gods Law the Ten Commandments. The Ten commandments do not require us to observe the old rituals some annual Sabbaths and sacrifices they observed under the old Laws.
The New covenant through Christ did not abolish Gods Laws only the Laws of Moses the ones that were established before Moses received the Ten Commandments.

Blessings, Danny

op: the sabbath?:

Three things I know:

1) The Lord Jesus Christ Is The True [ Not "a shadow" ] Sabbath, In Whom
I rest 24 / 7 / 365 the rest of my earthly days, until...
2) The True Sabbath Also Resides In me, His workmanship, to Help me,
By His Amazing Grace, "To Fulfill":
All Of His Law, In "One Word: Love thy neighbor as thyself!"
(Galatians 5:14; Romans 13:8-10) [ Not judging them ],
until ...my demise, or until ...Great GRACE Departure!
3) God's Simple Will!

Amen.

1. Jesus said He is Lord of the Sabbath i.e. the Creator not that He is the Sabbath i.e. creation
2. Do you have a scripture reference? That His Sabbath resides in us? That doesn't make sense. According to God in clear easy to understand words- the seventh day is the Sabbath Exo 20:10 and the Sabbath day never changed in the NT- kept by the disciples- never once saying the Sabbath resides in them.
3. Yes- God's will is His law in our heart Psa 40:9 Heb 8:10 kept though faith and love 1 John 5:3 Romans 3:31 Rev 14:12

God did not abolish the ten commands

He abolished the penalty for anyone who does not keep these commands as required..

I do believe that I will be with Jesus when he reigns on the New Earth. I believe I am saved by grace not by works, lest any man should boast.
Now what does that have to do with the two subjects that I refer to (1) The Sabbath -v- Sunday (2) Jesus's resurrection?

He abolished the penalty for anyone who does not keep these commands as required..
Not according to scripture

One of the last scriptures before the Revelation of Jesus Christ.

Revelation 22:14 Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. 15 But outside are dogs and sorcerers (Breaking commandment #1 Exodus 20:3) and sexually immoral (breaking commandment #7 Exodus 20:14) and murderers (breaking commandment #6 Exodus 20:13) and idolaters (breaking commandment #2 Exodus 20:4-6), and whoever loves and practices a lie (breaking # 9 Exodus 20:16 or any of them 1 John 2:4 4 He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

The just live by faith and His every Word. If you love Me, keep My commandments.

He did abolish the old Mosaic Laws, otherwise we would still be making sacrifices. Now Christ is our sacrificial Lamb.
Along with the other 600+ commandments and regulations I have mentioned a couple of times.

I agree that He abolished the penalty for sin as long as one asks for forgiveness calling that sin by name.

so you believe if someone does not keep the sabbath "as (in the way) you claim they should" they are saved or not?

Have you ever studied the law?

Perfection was required. If you broke even the least of the commands, you were guilty as charged.,

You both are agreeing on the same issue in that post so where is the discrepancy.

Still is today James 2:10-12

I believe Jesus has more power to keep us from sin, than the devil has to keep us in sin. Our salvation is from sin Mat 1:21. Jesus doesn't make us obey on our own, but it requires our cooperation John 14:15-18

You mean that Jesus will forgive us of sins, if we repent and confess 1 John 1:9, which means a change of direction. When Jesus healed He said- go and sin no more.

What is not forgiven and remains no more sacrifice is when we sin willfully and no longer try to try to overcome sin, but have learned to live in sin. Hebrews 10:26-30 Our salvation is from sin Mat 1:21 Jesus gives us everything so we can overcome, yet few take Him up on His free offer.

"because Abraham obeyed my voice and kept my charge, my commandments, and my laws." (Genesis 26:5) OT
"Yet the house of Israel rebelled against Me in the wilderness. They did not follow My statutes and they rejected My ordinances" (Ezekiel 20:13) OT
*Joseph knew it was a sin to Commet adultery. (Gen 39:9) OT
"In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.” (2 Cor 4:4) OT
"15 See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil;
16 In that I command thee this day to love the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments...," (Deuteronomy 30:15-20) OT
"And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them." (Ezekiel 36:27)
there are more.

Now don't just respond to these answers above, but as I answered your question answer mine.
Q: just explain the existence of the Ten Commandments and the Sabbath in the NT?
Blessings, Danny
Hmmm... Genesis, Corinthians, Deuteronomy, but no Exodus. Fail.

so we are only saved if we repent every single sin?

wait, I thought you said we were saved by grace????
Being save by grace doesn't give you a license to sin.
What's your issue?
Even our best efforts are as filthy rags. If you know you have sinned yes repent. But all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
You do your very best and say your prayers, worship and honor God and by grace are your sins forgiven and you are saved.
The Commandments of God should be in your heart and mind as He has said there, He has written them.
I am by no means perfect; I make mistakes like everyone else. But I do my very best to serve God the best I know how. I do not ask anyone to believe in what I believe in, and I do not judge them in their believes.
We are told to Love everyone, and I do my best to be a good and faithful Christian and follow scripture as I see it.

Blessings, Danny
