Jesus was glorified on Resurrection Sunday, Zec.3:1-7 and John 20:17, Matt.28:9-10, Luke 24:25-27, 36-44.

“And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.”
‭‭John‬ ‭17:5‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Selahsays, your question delves into a theological nuance within the concept of predestination. In Calvinistic theology, predestination primarily pertains to matters of salvation. It is the divine choice made by God regarding the eternal destiny of individuals—whether they will be saved or not.
Calvinists, drawing from the teachings of John Calvin, emphasize that God's predestination is rooted in His sovereign will and is not dependent on human merit or actions. The focus is on God's foreknowledge and election for salvation.
Mundane decisions or everyday choices, such as whether to go to the store, generally fall within the realm of human free will and are not typically viewed through the lens of predestination in the Calvinistic understanding.
It's important to note that interpretations of predestination can vary among different Christian traditions, and some may have nuanced views on the extent and scope of predestination.
If you don't believe Calvin's doctrines, please stop calling yourself a calvinist. That is misleading. Stand on your own convictions. You sound like you believe in arbitrary divine election to salvation, but arminian free will in all other matters. That is not calvinism, i.e. what John Calvin taught.

Yes Jesus is God made flesh and was glorified as the son of man after he died and rose

my point was he’s also the God of heaven and his glory is eternal it’s always been and will always be it was manifest in it’s due time it’s only that he hadn’t been manifest in the flesh as the son of man and then glorified so man could receive his spirit

Jesus did t need to do what he did to be gods glory and image he did it so we can receive the spirit and be his glory and image

Prov. 25:2¶It is the glory of God to conceal things, but the glory of kings is to search things out.

Paradoxically, it glorifies God sometimes to appear despicable. The incarnation and the cross show us that.

Let's suppose I am going on a trip. I make all the arrangements, set a date, and wait. But I also would like it to be a family excursion. I desire their company.

Is it considered a desire if I only have a strong feeling of wanting? Do I need to do anything to make my desire a desire? If I volunteer to incur all the expenses for my family does this make it a desire when before it wasn't? What if I only volunteered to pay for some family members? Does this affect whether it is a desire or lessen the desire to have the company of my family?

I ask these questions so they will be top of mind when asking the same questions about God's desire that all people are saved? Can God's desire for the salvation of people be independent of people? Does God have to do anything for people in order for His desire to be genuine? If so, does He have to act equally towards all people for His desire to be real?

I'm not attempting to offer this as proof of one set of ideas over another. It is simply to understand the nature of what is entailed in a desire and what is not. Consequently, and perhaps impossibly, I am asking for unbiased thought. I am asking that as you consider the question, you set aside, as much as is possible, how you would answer based on your other held beliefs, and consider the question independently from other doctrine.

Thanks. And I look forward to your responses.
Hows this as to Gods desire ? Lets ask Job Job 23:13

13 But he is in one mind, and who can turn him? and what his soul desireth, even that he doeth.

1 Timothy 2

First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, 2 for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. 3 This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, 4 who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. 5 For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 6 who gave himself as a ransom for all, which is the testimony given at the proper time. 7 For this I was appointed a preacher and an apostle (I am telling the truth, I am not lying), a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and truth.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Paul was a preacher and apostle of the Gentiles. This letter is to instruct Timothy and Titus as to the importance of presenting the Gospel to them! Faith comes by hearing, and they must be made to understand that God's word applies to (all men), both Jew and Gentile.

The truth of His word will then soften the hearts of his people among the Gentile population and result in them turning to Him in trust!
All, not just the Jew!
It is true that Jacob/Israel is spiritual Israel, God's elect, and the remnant of of Jacob/Israel are the Gentiles. God has blinded the eyes of Jacob/Israel to understand the doctrine of Christ, due to their disobedience, and has revealed the truth of Christ's doctrine to the remnant of Jacob/Israel. (Zeph 3:11-13).

In order to keep 1&2 Tim in context, Paul left Timothy in Ephesus to charge some in the church at Ephesus that they teach no other doctrine. The whole book of 1 Timothy, is Paul's instructions to Timothy as to what he is to charge the church at Ephesus.

The whole context of 1 Timothy includes only the members of the church at Ephesus

If you will take notice, there is another mention of "all men" in 1 Tim 4:10. The "all men" in this verse has reference to God being the Saviour of blinded Jacob/Israel, and especially those that believe, which is the remnant of Jacob/Israel

Most of the books of the new testament are written to the churches, and are to be understood as specifically to that individual church. The churches are independently governed with Christ as their husband, with no other hierarchy, other than Christ.
