The crime was inflating values to get the loan.

Granted the loans were paid back, but that doesn't negate the crime.

But I'll give it to you that the penalty for that victimless (?) crime was highly excessive. Even I, who doesn't care one bit for trump, had to roll my eyes on that one.
Same thing with the Supreme court decision on keeping trump on the ballot. He was never charged, tried or convicted of insurrection. And that has to happen before he can be penalized for it.

But having said that, just because he was never charged, tried or convicted doesn't mean he didn't do it. Just like all the other stuff politicians on both sides have never been charged tried or convicted for. It doesn't mean they haven't done it.

Now I'm confused - Trump submitted an estimated "corporation value" to apply
for a loan?

Then the bank evaluators did their own estimated value, approving the loan?

And then, the loan and all interest "was paid back" on time?

I cannot see any 'crime' in there...

I'm pretty sure you don't see any of his crimes anywhere

This is just a stupid remark to show Trump Derangement Syndrome. Which is also what Nikki Haley and her supporters are suffering from:
As Haley Ends Republican Race, Survey Finds 92% Of Her Voters Approve Of Biden's Performance
https://www.zerohedge.com/political...an-presidential-race-after-super-tuesday-flop
"Haley's voters aren't just Democrats. They're the most rabid, left-wing, delusional, anti-Trump members of the Democrat party's already left-wing and delusional base."

So Haley was not only disloyal to Trump. She would have gladly committed treason to destroy America (which is what Biden has been doing systematically). Trump has been very conciliatory towards this evil woman, who spent almost 12 million dollars just to spite Trump.

Donald J Trump is a convicted criminal.

He has now been charged in four separate criminal cases related to his business and political activities, bringing his total criminal charges to date to 91.

In New York, Trump 34 felony counts over allegations that he falsified business records to conceal hush-money payments to a porn star. He’s also facing 40 felony counts in Florida for allegedly hoarding classified documents and obstructing the government’s efforts to retrieve them, and four counts in Washington related to his alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

I DO NOT WANT A CONVICTED CRIMINAL IN THE OVAL OFFICE!!!
You prefer unidicted criminals?

Didn't I read somewhere that ALL were presumed innocent until proven guilty?
If this is not followed, I suppose if someone accuses you of a crime we should just assume you are guilty.
I believe I read in the Scripture we are not to judge others.
And by the way, I am not a Trump supporter, but believe what has been done to this man by the left is for worse than anything he has been accused of.

I deal in facts, not opinions. You're now on "ignore". Congratulations!
It seems like once you are put on the spot, your immediate reaction is to place that person on ignore. If you keep doing this, pretty soon you will be talking to yourself!

In a court of law

If I left a weeks long trail of tweets and videos, yeah, that would be a fair assumption

I believe I read in the Scripture we are not to judge others.

We are not to judge sinners. But we are to hold believers accountable. trump claims to be a believer.

And by the way, I am not a Trump supporter, but believe what has been done to this man by the left is for worse than anything he has been accused of.

Left, right, they're both playing the same game. I think trumps indictments are long overdue. I just really wish the rest of them, left and right, were being so scrutinized. But no, I don't let one crook off just because another crook got away with it.

Thanks, that really clears up confusion:cry:
The facts have been presented 100 times. I find my parroting them a 101st time does no good to those who turned a blind eye and a deaf ear to it the first 100 times.

How about NONE OF THE ABOVE
How about we go back to justice.
Vote who you want to vote for. Don't vote at all. Defend it however you like. Just be consistent and, more importantly, be honest and accurate in your assessments. I don't object to your right to voice your opinion. I just think your opinions are formed more from bias than truth.

You know, trumps criminal activities aren't my primary beef with him. Like I've said, they're all guilty, on both sides.

What concerns me most is that trump and the republicans, while claiming to be of God, are turning believers away from the truths of God.

Mammon worship, cheating workers, immorality, self-idolatry, abandoning the poor/sick/foreign, and embracing lies and hypocrisy are NOT Christian values.

The fruit of the spirit are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, and self-control. There's little to none of that going on in maga circles.

These are the false teachers we were repeatedly warned about. And Christians are falling for it hook, line, and sinker.

THATS what bothers me about trump and trumplicans.

God warned us that false teachers would come in His Name to deceive believers and draw them away from God's truths.

And it is happening right in front of our eyes.

Jesus said that because many were not prepared for it, many will turn away from Him.

THAT is what informs my opinions.

That is what powers the warning message God has given me to speak. (Don't think I haven't tried to shed this call many times).

The left deceives the world, the right deceives believers. I don't see how any of that is biased, other than not wanting to see good brothers and sisters drawn away from their faith. And that is a bias I will proudly proclaim.

That's your opinion. I see falsehood in some of your claims. I'm guessing if I had opportunity to find out what your experience has been I could identify the source of the bias.

Trump is a shill for Putin.
he wishes he could be Putin.

That's what we're headed for, unfortunately - ultra-nationalist, right wing fascism with a cult of personality around a vain criminal using repeated lies, scapegoats, manufactured fear and anger to develop an erstwhile democracy into a dictatorship.

history repeats itself.

I'm a little surprised this is your take on things. Trump may want to be loved, but he doesn't want to be a dictator.
