Yeah, me too. I’m just going on and on about the same things over and over again. I’m becoming the same chatter box as my mother whining about how bad everything is now compared to before lol.

I know, me too. lol But then positive threads don't get any traffic so shame on all of us. I think there is a lot of tension around this election and people feel it. All I can do is pray, pray, pray. I don't know what God is doing or how close we are to His return. Got to leave it in His hands.

Things do get pregressively worse if we check out the historical record of mankind from Adam to those last seven years to come.

In Navy Flight School there was no forgiving of believing in a flat earth. Neither theoretically nor practically. A flat earther would run out of fuel somewhere above the pacific en route from Houston to Manila.
Isn’t that why they built aircraft carriers? ;)

I was about to hit like and say you nailed it but then I figured most people here would probably say the same about me. Maybe I need to sit this one out. :(
Oh come on! Join the crowd!

If everybody else is eating ice cream and you refrain from eating ice cream just to be different, you have cheated yourself out of ice cream. Sometimes it's good to go with a crowd.

This is my go-to:

Actually it is a colour that does not really exist .:giggle:

I don't actually eat much ice cream, I do like yogurt though. I wonder if I could find that state side. It looks good!! Now I have to watch and see why Magenta isn't a color, humm.

I just had a bowl... I have slowed down in my consumption of it, which is probably a good thing!

I did not watch the video before posting it so did not realize the commentator was a Darwinist.

o_O  :cautious: :(

Darlin' - you should never post anything that you do not watch [the whole thing] first to make sure it is 'fit' for a Christian audience.

No part of the path of a straight-shot flat earth map route from Houston to Manila would even be above the Pacific Ocean. It would, however, be over the following bodies of water:

Arctic Ocean
East Siberian Sea
Sea of Okhotsk
Sea of Japan
East China Sea
Philippine Sea

And - over 75% of the flight would be over land.

There could be refueling stops in Alaska and Japan. (And Russia if they allowed it.)

What if it is glattened east to west being the central line?

I am not totally sure I understand what you are asking - would you like to try that again with much more specific detail in your question?

What exactly is 'it' that you want to flatten?

On a flat earth map it is already flat. ;)

You have never seen one of these flattened out maps? I have been seeing these for all my eight decades here.

The wheel keeps on turning
And turning and turning and
Nothing's disturbing
The way it goes around

Back and forth
And back and forth
And back and forth
Around again

- Edie Brickell

What? Oh, I don't mean a round earth. I mean this argument. Just keeps going round and round, back and forth, over and over.

Do you really think this map represents the physical reality? Is the shape of the earth a [hollow] cylinder? Or, is it flat and there is some kind of "worm hole" phenomenon that instantly transports you between the eastern edge and the western edge?

I am guessing that the answer to your question is that it would no longer be 'real'.
