Quick Question: If we can convict a former president for 34 felony counts based on a clerical error, can we also convict them for ordering a drone strike on a wedding? How about for authorizing the unconstitutional surveillance of 350 million Americans? What about if they mandated an experimental vaccine in violation of international law resulting in 17 million deaths?

The only guilty parties are the corrupt prosecutors, judges and DOJ ancillaries.

There is an absolute TON of evidence indicating conflict of interest and prejudice. I mean its ABSURDLY overwhelming.
By ALL of these judges and prosecutors.
Every last one of them should have been recused. Better yet impeached or fired.

Oh and BTW, the Obama/Clinton spygate business WAS vastly criminal. And NOBODY was charged or prosecuted.
W H E W.
You serious?😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

This is a retired evangelical pastor:

Sorry but this retired pastor is off the mark.

This pastor can dislike Trump, think he is immoral and the worst person ever and even think he was guilty as charged, but the trial was conducted in very prejudicial manner.

It is one thing to be convicted when the prosecutor is pursing justice as they are supposed to, and the trial is conducted in a fair and impartial manner, it is another thing when the prosecutor is pursing a conviction with convoluted charges.

I watched some of the last video, yes he raises good points and I agree with a lot of his points, yet I do not believe the trial was conducted in a fair and impartial manner.

It could be overturned on appeal when any irregularities can be addressed. The points the pastor is discussing are of much greater magnitude than the trial.

He does and that is fine, like I stated he raises many good points.

That fact that it can be appealed and overturned does not absolve the DA and the judge for staging this show trial.

I trust the legal system, the appeals court will determine if there were any irregularities in the trial.

Prosecuted by the state of NY
The prosecution was unjust. Easily provable. How?

Because justice demands equal treatment under the law.

Has every single person who ever did what Trump was accused of (in all of the NY cases....every one, including the absurd sexual misconduct and civil fraud debacle) been indicted?

No. Not every single one (aka all of them). How about a few? Nope. Not a few.
NONE. No one as in nobody else.

EXCEPT FOR ONE. Trump. ONE and one alone.....Trump. That's it. Just him. The target of prosecutorial misconduct.

Furthermore, tax returns are utterly confidential, and it is unlawful to expose the tax returns of anyone. Right?
EXCEPT FOR TRUMP. He was humiliated and dragged thru the mud on this matter in the most egregious manner imaginable.
And what happened after all of the preposterous accusations and allegations? NOTHING. Crickets. It was nothing more that a bizarre, scripted sick humiliation ritual.

And what of the horrific classified documents case? Are you paying attention?
Biden, who DID break the law (as VP), gets a pass. Trump......who DID NOT (as prez), gets raided, and then the evidence is tampered with in order to boost this bizarre persecution prosecution that was illegal to begin with.

Ultimately, all of these persecution prosecutions POLITICALLY MOTIVATED. And therefore ILLEGAL!
Every last one of them, without exception.

And every legit lawyer and judge knows it, along with every police department in America.

His argument, that you are now repeating, is that he should be above the law.
Except Hillary Clinton, who should rightfully be in the slammer.....

Hillary Clinton fined $113,000 by the the FEC for violating campaign finance laws by failing to disclose in 2016 she paid $1,000,000 payment for ‘legal services’ to law firm Perkins Coie was, in fact, a guise to hide the fake and debunked Steele Dossier.

And when I stipulate "politically motivated", THIS is what I mean:

"NEW: Trump’s potential AG pick Mike Davis told Axios he wants state attorneys general in Georgia and Florida to open criminal probes into Democrats for conspiring to interfere in the election by indicting Trump"

THIS is without a doubt, the reason for all of DJT's legal troubles. Every sane mind knows it.
Is influencing elections illegal? Yes. In fact perhaps the most lawless act imaginable in the Republic.
