What does this have to do with "All who hate God/Jesus Christ are not saved." The verse you posted is not addressing what you said. I wonder would we say the same words if talking about our family or kids so forth? But one would have to know Him to hate Him. Then whos GOD and Jesus are we talking about? Catholics, JW, SDA, Mormons, Muslims Christ who never rose on and on. Your talking about His creation the ones He left heaven to die for. He said if you were blind you would have no sin you, say you see your sin remains. Most are blind.
Maybe we need to remember just who created all of this. He's came to save them not scare them not put fear which is not of God in them. For God so loved the world He gave His only son that who so ever believes in him will not die but have every lasting life. He came not to condemn the world but to save it. Fact.. its not over yet and He never looses never stops never gives up. Me.. I like the song which at the time there were only 7billion in the world "I ask right now in Jesus name that 7 billion (now*) will be saved" YES amen and amen.

And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement. Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:"
