At the moment of writing this thread it is 23 degrees celcius, was a bit showery earlier but I went outside to hang the laundry after work and could feel the sun burning my neck. So a sunny warm day in Auckland New Zealand perfect with a little breeze at 5.37 pm Tues 13 Dec 2022.
Cold and it was snowing again this morning.

The weather was pleasant today. In the 70s. I was outside before 7am and it sounded like there were a thousand cardinals singing.
Also, according to chief meteorologist James Aydelott, it's the peak of redbud season in this area of Oklahoma. Blossoms are starting to become evident in this spring weather.

This morning, with all the green popping up and all the birds singing, I feel like singing that cheerful old song by The Rascals, A Beautiful Morning.

It's a beautiful morning
Ahhhahhhhh
I think I'll go outside for a while and just smile
Just take in some clean fresh air
Ain't no sense in staying inside, if the weather's fine and you got the time
It's your chance to wake up and plan another brand-new day!

Right now its 4:55am and 55 degrees F. Still dark. I just tried to take some aspirin and one rolled onto the floor and I can't find it.

Yes, just clumsy. Thank you for asking. Sorry if I alarmed anyone.
That's a relief to know! May the rest of your day/week go smoothly!

Tulsa is a great city. I grew up there, although I was born in Broken Arrow... When I was young, Rooster Day was the big annual event in Broken Arrow>o_O

I have never been to Rooster Day. Sounds fun though! I think I've only been to Broken Arrow once.
I grew up out in the Osage, and currently live near the edge of the Osage. I've visited Tulsa a good many times, but haven't in a while. These days I usually only get there when I need to go to the airport lol.

I grew up across the street from where Central High School is now located. If I walked across West Edison St. , I would be in Osage county. But that was about 50 yrs ago, now live in Texas.

I looked at the forecast. It didn't show rain. I went outside. It didn't look like it would rain. It's common for it to thunder here and not rain. So, I fed the birds. After I get back inside, a downpour happens
