Nothing to be sorry about to me for Soulsis, however, i personally think it's a case of selection rather than election, for anything above a county politician/MP here. It was surprising Jeremy Corbyn wasn't elected to PM office back in'17, he was attracting rock star size audiences to his campaign speeches.
Personally don't go for political parties at all myself, i don't care what label is in office, it's whether they do what they say on the tin which interests me.

Technically one could say the jury is still out, but it's pretty much been proven false. Almost.

Some people are so bored that they make it a game to see how crude they can be and how fast they can get kicked out of online Christian groups

Meanwhile some people are so bored that they go off looking for evidence that somebody somewhere is trying to "get us" and spin all kinds of wild conspiracy theories about it.

Meanwhile Jay Leno collects cars...

All these people have more time than what I've got. I got other stuff to do. I have just enough free time to drop a thread in a forum making a new conspiracy theory that sounds plausible enough to be true.

About real conspiracy theories - real meaning the ones that are made up by people who are serious about it, as opposed to the ones that are made up by me - they might be true and they might not. But either way there's nothing I can do about it. I take reasonable precautions with my life and that's all I can do. Aside from that I refuse to waste time tracking down every rumor about some shadowy organization that is out to keep us down and fool us and get us somehow.

I just have other things I would rather do with my life.

Your last two comments are pretty close to my territory Lynx, i loathe what's been going on for so long but can't do anything about it, so just live my life. People seem to either want to cover their eyes and ears, or like me, prefer knowledge and truth. i'll just live my life for as long as possible and it rocks to now know the Lord will sort the mess out when the time is right.

Is this the Fascinating Rhythm that Judy Garland and other singers were on about.

Or 'I got rhythm, I got music, I got my man...who could ask for anything more?'

I mean those are very old songs.

R & B music is not a new thing.
 
Blues music originally came from the depression and slavery. It was more a wail of self-pity when the slavers had run out of gospel songs to sing.

According to Wiki, Gloria and The Miami Sound Machine released the song "Rhythm Is Gonna Get You" in 1987.

Gloria Estefan is 68 years old.

Shakira is 49.
 
I was thinking of the rhythm, apparently Shakira's dance goes way back to Adam and Eve.
 
I won't post the pic of her dressed as Eve on here though. I mean it would be too tempting for the guys.

Well back in the day we didn't have all this stuff kids these days have.

I remember I spent an entire afternoon learning to walk on a 55 gallon drum, using my weight on one side to make it roll.

I also practiced stilts, not tin can stilts but real stills that my grandma gave me, and set myself the goal of being good enough on them to walk all the way to grandma's house and back. But once I reached that goal I never touched them again.

We say kids these days are missing out on all the fun we had, but it was sheer boredom. If I had the toys we have these days, I would not have been nearly bored enough to walk on stilts or on a 55 gallon drum.
