When people talking about game..or gaminess...or they talking about video games or being a gamer.

Surely there is a video game that is one where you can hunt rabbits without doing it in real life. From the comfort of your computer console and swivley chair?

This is a well-known game so that you don't have to hunt real animals. They are made by the same game studio that created Generation Zero, my favorite shooter game.

It has a lot of DLCs that cover many locations in the world so that you don't have to kill real animals in those areas.

reel animals...?
Wot kind of animals though

I hope not giraffes.
In NZ it would be wild pigs, rabbits, possums, deer. And maybe those rabid dogs that prey on our poor defenceless kiwis.

@2ndTimeIsTheCharm do you want to play Hello Kitty Island Adventure? I think I can send you an invite. It has a code, not sure if you already have to have it loaded or...you can just join (think it's free?)

I am playing it on my iphone.

It has 16 DLCs with all kinds of animals, so I think they might have the animals you mentioned. They have the game at Steam, but they also have it at the Epic game store. They gave it away free one week, so that's where I got it from. I haven't played it yet because I'm not into hunting. I just got it because it was free, lol!

Yeah, I will join you to play it when I get it from Steam on sale, either at the Autumn Sale (first week of October) or earlier. It's too expensive at full price.

Thank you so much for sharing your story. You sound like the literal definition of a proverbs 31 woman, minus the respect and appreciation she received from her husband 😔. I'm so sorry you were treated that way, you deserved so much better!

My mother was a homemaker and I completely agree that it can be a great way of life when both husband and wife are fully on board and contributing as they should. I really don't know how young families do it with both parents working full time. I'm sure your kids benefitted tremendously by having you there in the home 💙

I'm really curious about your last paragraph, please don't share unless you want to, but do I understand correctly that your marriage was arranged by your father and you did not have a choice in the matter?
Well… since you asked about the next episode of my low-budget soap opera… 🍿
Yes, my father actually did find someone for me, although the story is a little more complicated than that. At the time, I was in love with a man my father strongly disliked. He didn't like his family either, because of some ridiculous family feud that had apparently been going on for generations. You know, the kind of feud where nobody even remembers anymore what started it, but everyone still knows which side they are supposed to be on.
So my father hurriedly found someone else for me. And, well… that decision had consequences.
The children's father and I have actually divorced twice. And I married him twice, giving him another chance each time because he told me he had changed. I know. I am apparently far too kind for my own good.
There won't be a third chance, though. At this point, I don't believe he can change anymore.

And there are plenty of other interesting plot twists and probably a few rather foolish decisions on my part in this particular soap opera. But that's life, I suppose. I have made mistakes, I have learned from them and they have made me stronger.
And despite everything, I still choose to believe in love.
So perhaps the story isn't over yet. Maybe the writers are saving the best plot twist for the final season. 😅

For all entertainment, I only consume old stuffs produced before 2022, especially books.

This post I am typing was typed in 2026. Don't you dare read it!
I said ENTERTAINMENT, as in movies, shows, books, music, dance, games, sports. Your post is certainly not included, so rest assured.

Hey Everyone,

I'm catching up on the forum this morning and have decided there isn't NEARLY enough drama going on to REALLY wake me up.

So... Let's kick up our heels and make a little ruckus of our own!

What are the most dramatic things that have happened to you lately? You can be as serious (feel free to ask for prayer if needed,) or silly as you want.

In the Days of Our Lives (Seoulsearch Edition):

1. My sibling's dog lost a toenail. I didn't catch the story on how -- but my Mom is extremely worried it won't grow back. Is it possible for a dog to get a toenail transplant?!

2. I have a rose plant I bought last year at half price, and while it was beautiful the rest of that summer, it wasn't doing so hot this year, so I figured I'd chuck it as soon as it got cold.

However, it must have heard my diabolical plan, because in the past few weeks, it's been bursting with new leaves and even a few roses. It's as if the poor thing is trying to say, "I'll be good, I'll be good!! Don't give up on me yet!" Argh. That's one more plant I have to find space for indoors over winter!

3. Some CC friends and I in the "Blue Sky" phase of trying to plan a get-together, which will hopefully include whales, sharks, and staying at a castle Bed and Breakfast.

Theoretically, the whales and sharks will be separate from the castle.

But maybe I should bring diving gear -- just in case? (You never know what might be lurking in the moat.)

How about you?

What are the most dramatic/noteworthy things that's happened to you or in your circle these past few weeks?

And, if you'd like, tag someone(s) at the end of your post.

I'm tagging @Churchgoer, @dkontner, and @Bible_Locket. 😆

Because if you tag someone, they're automatically "IT" -- until they tag someone else -- and NOBODY likes being "IT."

I can't think of anything more dramatic than that!!😁😆

Let's boot it up a notch and wake up the forum!! :p
holy heavens! did you post that at the right time!!! NOW, HERE IT IS FOLKS, THIS JUST HAPPENED ON WEDNESDAY!!! i was looking out the window & saw 2 people walking, there wasn't anyone else around. i looked away for a half second, looked back & they were gone. THEY DISAPPEARED!!! the devil is trying to win me over, not going to happen. he lost. now i'm thinking no one on CC will believe this or very few will believe this. it's no matter to me, I KNOW WHAT I SAW!!!

can't wait to read through these but i will share some things.

1. controversial take but i have realized that being stressed is a status symbol for importance or 'success' but out of all the exhaustion and worry, my performance at work despite the mistakes has not been one of them. so why am i now stressed over not being stressed enough ?!?! -_- sus

2. I forgot to order turkey for the turkey sale at work or someone did so ... that's fun.

3. I have no way to watch my favorite old movies because my have movie site has been corrupted! so now I think I need to go to thrift shops and start buying dvds, and now i need to decide what movies i really want to get my hands into first .. even though i have no time to watch those movies.

4. I am becoming more and more aware that even though dick van dyke is still alive, I will not be meeting him and that is tearing me apart tbh

5. I need a new phone this one i got in 2019 and it is dying, going outside in the work place each day is beginning to feel like gambling (but i am cheap so ... I guess I will gamble a bit longer until i find a phone that i think will last a decade) trigger warning - samsung over apple every time! change my mind

6. on a more serious note i do need prayer for better companionship with emotionally stable people, and need help with my own stability during these hard times.

7. I am very lazy and have decide to buy a rice cooker so I can eat rice daily which for me is a mi of white rice, quinoa, lentils and mutli grains and chia seeds with sea weed butter , fish sauce and soy sauce ... i feel like there are no consequences with my new life choice.

oh the drama :)

I've never watched a Korean drama, but, can I ask, why is it that they've gotten to be so popular?

Do they just have better plots and characters than other kinds of dramas?
i personally like them becuase the ones i have seen are mroe wholesome. Like when they hold hands for the first time it is a big thing. I love that and the minimal to no profanity. I like the plots too, it forces you to find joy in the small things again.
that being said, the ones on netflix are not all like that and could ruin that wholesomeness, luckily i do not have netflix though so thats no issue.

I genuinely do not know why they became so popular though, i know that k-pop, was more popular first though so I am assuming that is what opened that gate??

I did try to look into it more and ended up just finding a lot of yt video on interacial dating and families between korean men mostly and white women and black women which was an itneresting rabbit hole ... it also allowed me to learn more about christianity in Korea though which was pretty cool soo ... I guess that was a win (31% of korean men in korean are christian that is the fact i learned) XD
