For those of you who do not know, two chatters lost their mom today: christian_chick40109 and lilchristian. Christian_chick turned 21 today, and lilchristian is 17. I know that they, as well as their Mom, are very much loved here on CC. I wanted to give people a place to post their support and condolences.

Dear Lord,

I lift this family up to you. I pray for comfort Lord God. I pray that as the days go by, the whole family will feel your presence getting stronger and stronger. You have promised in your Word that your strength is made perfect in our weakness, Lord. I pray for that strength for this family. I pray that you will take them in your arms and let them cry as long as they need to. Lord, I can't understand their pain because I haven't been in this situation. But, Lord you can understand the loss they are feeling at this moment in time. Lord, I know that this will not be easy for anyone, but I pray that the Holy Spirit will minister to these two young ladies every single minute. I pray for those who will be the support system for this family. I pray that their words will be directed by the Spirit, and always be kind and uplifting. I pray for wisdom for them as they minister to this family, so that they are there when need be, and disappear when the family needs some time to be alone and grieve. Lord, this process is a long one, so I pray for this continue throughout the entire process of grieving such a terrible loss. May you bless and keep them, Father.

In Jesus's Mighty Name I pray....Amen

Little sisters, know this, the reason your grief is so great is because the love between your mother & you is by far greater. Remember the good times, the laughs, the fond memories that make her unforgettable. I didn't know her well, but she must have been someone great because she had you two. Plus, anyone who could raise the both of you & still keep her sanity had to be someone special indeed.:p;)

Philippians 4:8 (KJV) [SUP]8 [/SUP]Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

So very sorry for your loss dear sisters. I love Jesus for overcoming death.

Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. 1 Jn.3:2

Praying for your peace.

Hear our cries, Lord, hear our prayers.
Take our burdens, calm our fears.
God, will you make us a people that love you?

Please take our offerings that we set before You.
God, hear our prayers that we're lifting up to You.
God, see our tears that we're struggling to see through.
God, hear our prayers to You.

In our weakness, You remain.
When we're broken, You sustain.

God, hear our prayers, we lift them to You.
God, hear our prayers, Lord, make our hearts true. God, hear our prayers as we lift them to heaven.

We're praying the angels receive and embrace them. The hopes of the empty, the cries of the broken.

We're reaching our hands out.
Oh Lord, will You hold them?

Thanks, guys...when I heard the news...ugh. The floor nearly swallowed me from the words. Right now it doesn't even feel real. Just feels like one seriously bad nightmare that needs to end.
