Thanks for all your prayers. I really appreciate it.

Today someone shared one of her emails with me. I won't post it all as it's long and sad, but here's a snippet...

"...I am trying to figure out the right way to survive but I keep getting confused, either from my own fear to take a risk or by people pushing me to do "the right thing" in their perception...... My main focus is to figure out my life before I go insane and end up like Camile Claudel.."

I do share Christ with others. I witnessed to someone last month and spent 2 hours talking with him. He wanted what I had and wanted to know how to be saved. I even update my facebook page regularly with scriptures, I put God first, risking being alienated in my career through being open about my faith, but I trust God. With this situation I just lost contact with her last year, though she had been on my mind lately. She just slipped through my fingers. Though some good has come out of it... there's a friend of hers who is incredibly sad right now, so I'm sending him a christian bereavement book and sharing Christ with him.

Life is short and no one knows when their last breath will be. We do need to witness to everyone we know. We're called to share the gospel. The lost are out in the world, so we need to reach out to them.

Since my last post, something interesting happened. Several months ago I had asked members on here to pray for someone who I had a strong conviction was meant to be saved. Then just a couple of days ago I received an email from a woman asking me to remember to pray for that individual. It came at the right time. I felt like God was telling me to not dwell on the death of my friend, but to focus on the living now, the lost that don't know Christ yet.... and my prayer life has been terrible lately, so this was a way of encouraging me to pray for someone else. She led me to a website where other believers have that same strong conviction to pray for this individual.

This song will always remind me of her. It's been a favorite of mine for several months and just so happened that shortly before her death she commented on how much she loved it. The title is "Summertime Sadness" and the lyrics seem to match with what was about to happen to her. I keep hearing this song all around me and this morning I woke up and when I turned on the radio this was the first track I heard again.

Thanks again for all the prayers. They mean a lot :)
