And pray for my health too.

.... What's the matter? A couple of things I believe in... can't say for SURE because I don't really seem to get sick much, but... If you need an antibiotic, I've heard that chewing 2-3 UNCOOKED cloves of Garlic on an EMPTY stomach works well. I've tried eating it this way even though I wasn't sick to see what it was like and let me tell you... it is SPICYYYYY lol. So, be prepared for that. Another tip I can pass on, again idk if it's proven but I have no reason to doubt it, is that if you're sick, you want to make sure your blood's PH levels are toward the alkaline side of things, rather than acidic... people who have a healthy alkaline level in their blood don't seem to suffer through sickness too often. Your body is a temple, you've gotta take care of it with everything you put into it. Healthcare is Free for all. Those suggestions I've heard and BELIEVE.... what I KNOW, however... Is that "Noone sews a patch of unshrunk cloth to an old garment otherwise when washed, the patch will tear away, making things worse"... An example Jesus made to explain the benefits of healing and preservation of fasting. Don't worry, have Faith, you'll get over heaviness, and you'll be stronger for it. You will be prayed for ;)

Heaviness is heavy. I understand. Do the best you can and even a visit to the doctor might help.

I'm praying for you! I'm dealing with my own feelings of heaviness right now (emotional in part), so I get it at least in my own way. Remember that He's with you no matter how you feel. I pray God gives you a heart filled with joy and praise. :)
I wanted to share these verses with you about how Jesus came to heal us:

““The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon Me, Because the LORD has anointed Me To preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to those who are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, And the day of vengeance of our God; To comfort all who mourn, To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified.””
Isaiah‬ 61:1-3‬ NKJV‬‬

When Jesus talks about that part of Scripture:
“Then Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit to Galilee, and news of Him went out through all the surrounding region. And He taught in their synagogues, being glorified by all. So He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up. And as His custom was, He went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up to read. And He was handed the book of the prophet Isaiah. And when He had opened the book, He found the place where it was written: “The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed; To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD.” Then He closed the book, and gave it back to the attendant and sat down. And the eyes of all who were in the synagogue were fixed on Him. And He began to say to them, “Today this Scripture is fulfilled in your hearing.””
Luke‬ 4:14-21‬ NKJV‬‬

Heaviness, the yoke of despair, FAther we ask in Jesus name, that this darkness be broken from this sister, who's asking for prayers. There's so much destruction of God's love today, and other God's in peoples lives are surfacing like a cobra's head full of deadly poisons, please remove this atmosphere, or things that are causing this to her spirit, thank you for delivering her in Jesus name. Amen. Rejoice sister, for the Joy of the Lord is our strength. bv. :)

Praise the Lord for all the good things he has done for you. Bless the Lord. Rejoice and sing to the Lord even if you don't feel like it. Rejoicing and praising the Lord is a choice we make and not always something that comes over us, though it may do that sometimes. Remember the psalm " Praise the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits- who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion" Psalm 103:2-4
We have so much to be thankful for! I pray that this heaviness lifts and is replaced with the joy of the Lord in Jesus name.
Remember that " The Lord is close to the broken hearted and saves those crushed in spirit" Psalm 34:18. Remember what Job said "Naked I came from my mother's womb, and naked I will depart. The LORD gave and the LORD taken away; may the name of the LORD be praised." Job 1:21.
