Praise the Lord for all the good things he has done for you. Bless the Lord. Rejoice and sing to the Lord even if you don't feel like it. Rejoicing and praising the Lord is a choice we make and not always something that comes over us, though it may do that sometimes. Remember the psalm " Praise the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits- who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion" Psalm 103:2-4
We have so much to be thankful for! I pray that this heaviness lifts and is replaced with the joy of the Lord in Jesus name.
Remember that " The Lord is close to the broken hearted and saves those crushed in spirit" Psalm 34:18. Remember what Job said "Naked I came from my mother's womb, and naked I will depart. The LORD gave and the LORD taken away; may the name of the LORD be praised." Job 1:21.
