Been abused now I have cancer Sorry

Lord, I pray for Christy. I pray that she would know Your loving kindness. I pray You would shower her with Your love right now. I pray You would comfort her and surround her with a strong Christian support system. I pray You would increase her joy. I thank You, Lord, that You are mighty and can overcome the obstacles in her life. In Christ's Name, Amen.

I'm 27 Almost my whole life has been nothing but abuse my father abused me from the time I was 10 for 17 yrs almost 18 yrs After I finally told the police and he was arrested I find out I have cancer Feel ashamed and feel my dad was right when he said god wanted me punished I'm sorry

God loves you dearly. Your father was sick and needed help and was probably acting out of his pain. A good father tells you that you he loves you, protects you, encourages you, has mercy on you, guides you into the right direction. Abuse is so harmful that it ruins your outlook. Have you sought counseling?

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." --Jer 29:11

I know several people who have been diagnosed with cancer, but God has healed them through prayer and medical treatment. Now they are completely cancer free with their whole lives ahead of them. Don't give up because of a diagnosis of cancer. In order to battle cancer and pursue the wonderful plans God has for your life, you need someone to come alongside you to show you how to let go of that shame that God never intended you to feel. See if your church (or churches in your area) offer counseling. Here are a couple other links that might help you find the support available to you.

I'm having similar feeling right now with my life brokenangel :'(
I just have so much uncertainty in my life right now, and I'm just really worked up over things.
I can also relate to you as I suspect I'm ill, but my father refuses to take me to the doctors as I've had past visits where nothing was found. and now I feel like I'm dying. I'm not ready to die as there are many people in my life I'm very important too.
and I've sinned a lot, but have repented, asked for forgiveness and everything.
but my emotional and physical pains/feeling like im literally dying thoughts haven't subsided.
I'm embarrassed and ashamed to really open up about how I've sinned, so I'm unsure if I could be helped
I'm hoping this is a wakeup call we both recover from.

There's a lot I can relate to in what you wrote as in what we are feeling.
I'm kind of an emotional wreck now, and I'm not thinking very well, but i hope you can understand what I wrote.

I want to die, too! Healthy, but bored on several things... But things cannot change at personal or collective will. I think we were sent to grow here, to endure and -sometimes- to live like Lazzarus (the beggar) lived.

Wealth makes no one to be happier and misery makes someone to starve, but the best thing is having God as a friend. One who ANSWERS when people need Him to talk, not for repeating empty words.

Don't let Satan fill your mind with thoughts that aren't of God. Believe God's report why do you believe the report of a doctor over God's report. His report says you are healed. If God be God, then let him be God.

The abuse your father did he did to your flesh. Your flesh will not inherit the kingdom anyway. Satan cannot touch your spirit only your flesh. Job was our example of that.

I'm sorry To me a friend is someone who will be there no matter what and don't judge you. I always wanted to marry and have kids. Guess I dream to much.

Well, that is the ideal friend, the one we create in our minds but I think most of the time we find out we fail, we fail ourselves and we fail each other. Really, the Lord is so close to coming keep your eyes on him. I think most your age dream that dream. Don't believe everything you hear. Ask, the Lord what he wants. Does he want you to be married and have children? Thy will be done. Jesus almost failed that day in the garden. I know that is hard to believe,

Mark 14:36 And he said, Abba, Father, all things are possible unto thee; take away this cup from me: nevertheless not what I will, but what thou wilt.

you see where he says take this cup away(that was the price to be paid for our salvation): then he gets back on track and says nevertheless not my will, but thine. GLORY
