Panic attacks ..

I'm in need of prayers.. Normally I wouldn't talk about this or ask for help but I can't do it by myself anymore.
I've always had panic attacks but lately it's gotten really bad. I think it's because I got PTSD from my son being in the NICU. I'm to the point were I just can't take it anymore. I start seeing a doctor about it next week but I would really like some prayers..

Today Eli had a test done and we had to be in the radiology clinic. They brought out a preemie who was still hooked up to all the IVs and breathing tube.. I lost it.. I started freaking out and went into a panic attack..it took 2 hours for me to completely calm down. I can't keep doing this..please pray for me.

Father in heaven, I want to pray for rachel, but first, Lord, I ask your forgiveness again for grieveous sin committed last night. I really blew it, Lord, and I am so very sorry. Lord, I pray please don't hold it against me as I pray for rachel. Lord, please calm her mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and guard her heart from attacks. Let her know, Father, that you are in control, and as your daughter, she has nothing to fear. Gently remind her, Lord, to be of good cheer, because you have overcome the world. Thank you, Jesus, for the victory, amen!

Beautiful prayer sydlit,and warrior, perfect verse for her to draw close to. The trick of coarse is to claim this. When John 10:10 is actively trying to influence you in the mind, We must remember verses like the one Warrior mentioned as well as 2 Cor. 5:21, and Heb. 4:16, etc Remember to pray continually, without ceasing and to know who you are in Christ co-hiered with Christ to be able to claim His promises in your life, and to be able to flee from the devil and his minions, influences, even unto a physical altercation of blood pressure and light-headedness.

I have suffered as well in my life. That came from having to speak in front of the Church behind the pulpit. I was fine in front of it, but behind it my mind went, "Say what? You ain't no Pastor- sit your orphan annie down!" And I begin to forget what I'm saying sweat and you know the gig. Anyway after claiming God in His spirit and Word, there is also now-- us your brethren so let me add a prayer too:

"O Heart of Jesus, we place all our trust in you, hoping for all things from your goodness. You make a root flourish from beneath the soil; you make fruitful the darkness in which we find our Sister in chains today, we adore you Father in all your purposes even without knowing them; may your will be done and not ours. May Rachel be patient! It is so difficult to realize these trials, heart-breaking as they are, can be turned into blessings, But Lord we ask you to do just that. Give her peace of mind, peace of heart, and peace of of soul, as she offers you her thoughts, her words, and her actions, and yes , Lord her sufferings as well. May her issues of torment be given example of your great works and may the glory be given to you precious Father....we pray this in your name...in Jesus' name Amen!!

Wow, I'm so sorry! I wasn't even close, Prestley. Where did I get rachel from?! I must have read another post or something. I'm SO sorry! I'm not having a very good day... I really sinned big time last night and I am really experiencing a lot of shame and depression today, deserved. Father, please forgive me , and please, Lord, bless Prestley with your love and grace. (and bless rachel, too, whoever she is)

Father, I ask that you comfort sydlit. Lift him up and show him you are a loving Father, a forgiving Father.
I pray you take his shame and depression. Remind him, its not about what we have done but what Jesus did.

We all really mess up. I did. That's why I'm 20 years old with a 10 month old and no husband. But the beauty of matter is..God still loves us when we mess up. He may hate what we do. But still loves us. Whatever you've done I'm sure God will forgive you. Repenting is the first step. But I'm sure you already know that. I'll continue to pray for you.

That brought me out of a funk smile. I assumed Sydlit knew your name so I went with it, I hope my huge smile over that did not come at your expense but on mine and Sydlit.........I'm still laughing I pray you can too. I apologize completely.

Wow! great therapy for anxious minds! Give of your love to others! Introspection, becomes divinely raised! And God becomes divinely responsive. God bless you in your moments of need and Sydlit you as well, I will keep you in prayer, but remember If we confess our sins He is willing to toss them as far as the east is from the west! So don't hang your hat on the conviction but on the beauty of God's forgiveness and always plant your feet toward God. God bless you both richly!

Thank you, but I don't really get it. I'm definitely guilty, I feel horrible, and I deserve to ... should really feel worse than I do...

why will that help?if conviction is only to guide you to a life of abundance why rest in the conviction? There is no point! Unless you strive to be a sacrifice. What does Gods Word say about that? "It is better to obey than to lay sacrifice." God wants your peace of mind not your penance. Lay rest to your concerns and give way to Gods love. You will never earn it anyway, rest on that fact and simply accept His favor! God bless you may the Joy of the Lord fill your heart today! Amen! Not my way Lord, but thine be done!

Sydlit, if confession is in need of procuring so be it...Confess! I am always open to a private as well.... But God never sleeps!
