Please pray for me. I am a fat worthless old woman. God wants me to live right but I fail repeatly. My husband left me because I use to be beautiful but now Im not. I asked God to save me and help me, but then do it again. I have committed sins im ashamed of myself. I see other ladies my age who are beautiful and if God loves me, why did he let this happen to me. Thank you for prayers.

Let's pray firstly for Your self-esteem. Things would be easier when You know that Jesus loves You and doesn't see Your past because You already repented whatever it is that You are ashamed of. That's over so give it to God. Next let's pray for faith because that's what God wants most of all is faith that he'll help us. I'm not saying help with our physical bodies are a piece of cake but I pray that this could be a firmer foundation to get what You need. I prayed that Your spirit will be built up to achieve Your goal. Amen!
There are a few things that help me control my weight. I stay away from sugar. It serves no purpose. When I am trying to lose weight, I don't "starve" myself. If you don't get enough to eat, you'll later break down and eat way too much. One also has to keep their fat intake in moderation. That also helps you avoid a heart attack.

Father let your limitless love be shed abroad in her heart by precious Holy Spirit. Your love covers a multitude of sin through Your Son's life giving blood. Lord if you can redeem murders like Paul, David, and Mosses you to can redeem Pam from any sin has committed in her life. As far as East is from West Your Son's death and resurrection has removed all sin away from us. Father may your Spirit guide her into the arms of your warm embrace and boundless.
