an old friend of mine past away at 19, he somewhat attended church but dont think he was saved, im asking for prayer for his friends and family as this is a hard time for many people due to the circumstances.

Lord Jesus, I lift up the family & friends who are dealing with the loss of their loved one. Lord, I don't know the circumstances regarding this family members death, but You know Lord exactly what has happened. You see the broken hearts & grieving loved ones, especially this young mans immediate family. Lord, Your word says that You are our God of all Comfort & You are very near to the broken hearted. Lord Jesus, I pray that all grieving family & friends would feel & sense Your presence & comfort through this time of grieving. May You minister peace & hope to all who may be feeling completely grief stricken with the loss of their loved one. Lord, Your mercies are new every morning! I pray that You Lord would heal heavy hearts & may this family & friends be drawn closer to You Lord. In Jesus name!

Eternal salvation can only be given by God. We are not God to judge if that man is saved or not.

If that man knows how to be merciful in his lifetime then I believe God will grant him mercy by rewarding him of eternal salvation (read James 2:13 please)

I'm praying for your friend's family and friends that God will continue to meet their needs and touch them with His healing hand whenever they hurt. I pray also that through this loss and grief, your friend's family and friends will be drawn closer to the Lord.

I pray for your friend's soul, his family, and his friends, including yourself. I have found that a great way to deal with hard situations is to get out and exercise, or play a sport or your favorite hobby. I love airsoft, so when I'm having a hard time in my life I will go out and shoot my gun and that usually takes my mind off it. It helps me deal with hard things, and stress. Maybe you can do something like that, take his friends or family out to do laser tag or something. Idk what you all like to do...
