I had worked at my place of employment for a little over 3 years. I had done a lot of good there to protect other's jobs. During this time, I had dealt with a bad bully. My supervisor. Many would say, "why do you not report this person?" In truth, I had in so many ways. I had given reports, upon complaints about this supervisor for a long time.

Nothing had been done.

So, this past week I got suspended for an investigation because I got so upset in tears because of how this supervisor treats me. Even one of her favorites came to me with some sort of aggression to push me to the point of breaking.

I seriously got fed up, I told my supervisor who was staring me down as always that I am a man, I will not be run up like a slave, if that man across from me (by the way another one of her favorites) does not work, neither will I. Team work must happen, or is that a problem with you.

A little history, she let's "certain" people who are "drug" users and abusers walk around, do as they want. However, I get in trouble just for simply helping someone further up the line.

I am not a drug user, I had told my General Production Manager before when I showed him my cross necklace is that I come in the name of The Lord.

Many have over dosed, many choose to hurt themselves, or others for alot more money a day. Discrimination roams in that plant even though corperate protocol states they do not approve of such practice. However? I had read where they had been sued for discrimination on various occasions.

So, they allow their supervisors to harass team members who do not fit in their world of existence?

Sigh, anyway you may also say ok good now you can move on.

I see your point there friend, but I had been protecting my coworkers because I see them not just as family, but I love them as family.

I am a shop steward for the union afteral, and I am not ashamed to stand up against injustice against one of my family members.

The union had told me everything is ok, not to worry. However, I will still worry of course.

I need my job, and I love my family.

Like I had said, I had done a lot of good for people there at my place of employment. One of my good friends got very angry and stated they want to leave themselves.

Please pray that I can return to my job, and that I can feel ok again.

I love my family at work, I always laugh with them and joke with them, I even shake their hands, and even give them hugs.

I even cried in-front of the night manager, and expressed how much I truly hate the way people are treated there especially myself.

I refused to go to another department to protect the one's in my department.

The write up declared that I must treat everyone with dignity, and respect. Ok, so tell me.

Is it ok for a supervisor and the man who sells her drugs, i.e. cocaine to yell, scream, and harass me while bullying me?

Where is my dignity, where is my respect.

There was none.

The union did say of course, that they are indeed supposed to treat me right. Plus, to treat how I am treated.

I never say anything out of the way unless provoked into it.

I definitely love chicken prepared all sorts of ways. I commend you for your survival tactics in what is a hostile work environment. Also, good to see you back my friend. Hang in there for God will reward you for the kindness you have shown to those you work with.

With huge respect to integrity, I had dealt with a lot at my place of employment. I had stuck it out to ensure the place changed.
1) My GPM who was committing harassment in the nature towards women, and drug use had been terminated.
2) A stronger payment contract that the whole plant voted on.
3) A few supervisors had been terminated due to their actions.
4) Alot of positive changes, I had harped on the union about getting the place renovated. They are doing this very thing, even with a new kitchen.

I am not the only reason these things had happened of course. I was just a hot head who made his point.

While at my job, I am a Shop Steward for the union. I have conducted so much in that place to where workers on the first shift say that second shift has a better union.

Upon my suspension, I had contacted the union who is supposed to have my back. We will see if they will do their job.

The one who works at the Union Local, that individual and I get along fairly well. Yes, I had been rash with them that is because as I explained because I love the people I work with, and I will protect them at all cost. I had even stated this to corporate when I had tears in my eyes.

I hate not knowing the status of my case while I am home twiddling my thumbs. I had a lot of stress this weekend. The worst part is I was suspended on my Birthday. It is seriously crazy when I do all that I can to help people. The reason why I have doubts is because things in my life tend to have a way of not working out because some people try to make me out to be the bad guy.

I was even called a racist because I do not like drugs LOL that one is new to me. However, that was maybe 7 months ago. However, since then I have had no issue from anyone.

My Supervisor has a charge with drugs, and a gun. Her line lead who is not supposed to be a line lead, has production of drug charges.

Me? LOL I don't like drugs, I stayed in my department because I love those people and I stayed there to try to protect them.

I will NEVER apologize to anyone for how my heart is, why should I? People hate what they do not understand.

Sorry just a little rant, I am just confused of the whole thing to where I feel trapped but I want my job back.

Another update, my line lead told me that my supervisor had been hassling her favorite to file a report on me saying that I had threatened her. However, I had never threatened her. Such a bunch of nonsense.

At my plant, racism is real, hate is real, discrimination is real.

To make a difference in someone's life, is to push away your selfishness, along with your hard up pride.

We need to remember no matter our history, and no matter where we had come from, we are all in this together.

The union had a meeting with Corporate. They expressed how things where within the job place and my supervisor. Not much from what I know happened.

However, I was told tonight that a good friend was called to H.R. to give a statement.

"He would never hurt a fly, all that he does is help people. However, the supervisor..." I do not know the context from that point. However, I was told he let it to be well known how the supervisor is.

Another worker plans on writing a character statement on my behalf. Things with supervisor, well I am unsure what will happen from that if anything.

I did however get a call to another job, they are represented by the same union local. However, during the phone interview I made both interviewers laugh. One asked me when the day, and time for my drug screening, I said, "Monday at 2 pm." She laughed a lot at that point.

In truth, either way I go about it? I will have a full time job either at my current job, or at the other.

You see, at times even I see things in a bleak way. In the end? God works everything out to the good that love Him.

Would I go back to the other job if they would call me back? Yes, of course.
However, if they do not? I will go to the other job with absolutely no problem.

Quick response:
Got fired, YAY!!!!!!

NO more craziness, I got a whole lot better job anyway.

Yeah I'll miss people, but I'm better off away from that chicken place

Lots of corruption, bad atmosphere.
