    I believe we share a common passion for health and fitness but an even greater passion for people. The Lord has given me amazing insight into how the body, brain and mind (psychologically) function. I don't think this information is intended to be bottled up, I'm thinking of doing something on youtube. Anyways, if you are interested in anything in particular send a message and I can back to you. When there is a question about a product, the best bet for accurate info is the manufacturer, so that's what I did. God opened my eyes to much about us humans.
