In my opinion, formula should have NEVER been an over the counter option. I mean, for those who are medically unable to breast feed or the child has some sort of reaction and can only have certain style then formula should have been made available by prescription only.

Decades ago (in the US) it was considered RUDE to speak ANYTHING in public other than English.
If one didn't speak English and must speak another language they were to have an interpreter, and WHISPER to them.
Now, you can't hardly walk into a store without it sounding like you're in the midst...
this is one reason why we prefered to purchase an "older" home (though we're not in Florida- just the fact that the way they were built and who was allowed to build them then- standards were higher too)
