    I never knew you.

I always read it as a comparison, like saying on "one hand people will say we believed"(but didn't change their lives one bit aka fakes) "and then there will be people saying we did all these good deeds so we deserve to be saved"(people trying to earn their way in).

    The Security Of The Believer

End result of both systems is actually kind of similiar, though I don't think simply struggling with sin indicates anything by itself, now when they stop struggling and just let the sin go on the other hand......For a righteous man may fall seven times And rise again, But the wicked shall fall...

Malachi 3:7 7 Ever since the time of your ancestors you have turned away from my decrees and have not kept them. Return to me, and I will return to you,” says the LORD Almighty. “But you ask, ‘How are we to return?’ this sums it up, it's not too late.

Water Baptism-What is in a Name?

been thinking and wondering what my take is on this matter, I wouldn't want to deliberately mess with how Jesus intended baptism to be carried out, on the other hand there's what he said on another matter, "Which is easier to say, your sins are forgiven or get up and walk?" though there's not as...

What if you die before water baptism?

I think it was recorded on vhs at the time, and I converted all the tapes I could find, so I may have it, I'm not sure that church even exists anymore. When my younger brother was re-baptised it was simple, his reason was he realized he wasn't truly believing the first time.

What if you die before water baptism?

ah I see, I've been curious lately about the the subject of re-baptism in general, as far as I know there's only one example to go on in the bible. I'm trying to remember exactly what was said at my baptism. I know I was asked if Christ was my savior, but after that's a blur.
