Why state this and make a point about predestined or elect? Stating this, with a slant toward elect implies pride and laziness “I’m elect and I’m sitting back enjoying being better than non-elect.”

Hmm, I don’t know why it didn’t work. But they did what it mentions to do in scripture. I’ve seen miracles in my own life and in others but I’m not sure why some things happen and people die.
