    Prenups seem to be based on a lack of trust which is a basic foundation block in a relationship. This is especially true in financial matters. In marriage, there really isn't any 'his', or her' but rather 'ours'. To me, a red flag would be the insistence that a prenuptial agreement is signed...

    He does not strike me as someone who is holier than thou. Thinks outside the box. The bible says that there will be no sex in heaven. Of course, marriage is not necessary in order to have sex. I have no idea whatsoever if there will be sex in heaven but can't think of a reason why there...

    You were wise to do so. I've made a few financial mistakes in my life, some I am still working to resolve.

    There are instances when you don't legally have to repay bank debts such as bankruptcy but that in itself does not relieve you of the moral obligations. For instance, you cannot morally run up credit cards to the max without the intention or fiscal responsibility to pay them off.
