I was astonished at the unbelief of many of my seminary professors. It’s not even that they did not believe in the divinity of Jesus, but some of them openly mocked Him and/or the Father.

Off topic but . . . Actor Robert Powell who portrayed Jesus in the movie Jesus of Nazareth has stated people must not have pictures of him (as Jesus). He is a man; an actor; not God. Hats off to him. 😎

I always appreciate what you share Whisper, but if this professor doesn’t believe in Jesus, she hasn’t learned a thing. ❤️

That’s exactly my point, brother. Worker bees are self righteous about their works, but when it’s pointed out that the works come from God, the worker bees remain pridefully silent rather than giving God the glory.

No worker bees took on the above truth. 🤔

I encourage you to stop rejecting Jesus.

Since it is God working in us then the level and magnitude of said work is not to be criticized, maligned or condemned, for it is all the work of God.

Do you work to maintain your salvation? If so, what was it about Christ’s death and resurrection that wasn’t good enough?

I miss a few days on this thread and come back to find worker bees once again smearing the sanctity of God’s grace. Elsewhere in life, water is wet. Unless of course worker bees say otherwise.

I understand grace full well. Believe and receive.

I’m listening to Christmas music. I love songs that praise the One who helps us “earn” our salvation. 🙄

Lots of works in that there “grace”.
