Literally zero mainstream cable news shows (CNN, Fox News, NBC ect...) are impartial. Someone who watches Fox all day will find CNN biased, and vice versa, when in fact, both are heavily biased, without a doubt despite what anyone says. I remembered I used to be in a conservative facebook group...

Why do people here act as if USA is the only country that matters? That's narcissistic and prideful. There are many members here from other nations who are also prideful of their country. I don't understand making a post like this.

Of course people will believe they don't spew hate if you believe everything to be true. You can be a Christian while also denouncing racism, white nationalism, proud boys, antifa all forms of hate groups. Nuance should be able to exist.

Why not rename the "News Forum" the "Politics/Go USA" Forum since that is all that its posted there. Not all news is politics and pro USA propaganda.

Kind of weird to see a post like this on here. Not every member is American and it comes across as arrogant to to do as if their nation don’t matter.

Do people in this forum believe that USA is the only country that matters? I’m sure there are other members that live in other countries that don’t feel the same. I’m Dominican and they’ll chew me out if I go with my “USA is the best” propaganda.

Both are susceptible to fake news when the news is what they want to hear. I used to be in conservative groups on Facebook and the amount of obvious fake articles people will post with people believing them was mindboggling.

So apparently Chick-fil-a is Christian’s favorite fast food restaurant. Imo just because I’m Christian doesn’t mean I have to like their food. I’ve tried, I just don’t like their food. It’s a very overrated restaurant, I don’t care what your religious beliefs or lack there of is, I want to eat...

I’m of the opinion of renaming the News Forum the “Politics and Covid” forum since that’s all that is discussed there. Post an actual news thread and zero traction.

This should be pinned at the top of the forum when you enter the site. A wonderful post that I hope more can put in practice. In any way, this means alot, thank you.
