This has been suggested countless times. Supposedly this was supposed to be implemented, and they even had the button (non-functioning) on the PM boxes. But it confused people since it wasn't yet active so it was removed. Haven't heard a thing about it since. This was shortly after the chat room upgrade a while back n

I'm not positive, but I think Robo ran into trouble making the feature in chat interface properly with the forum side so that the reports would show up in the Mod Forums like reported posts/PM's do from the forums.

Or at least something that will notify the online moderator (whichever chatroom he's in), like a ring (call for help!). And if no moderator's online, then it can redirect to a form or page that will PM a dedicated moderator or something (I mean, since notification from chatroom to Mod forum has been tried and wasn't working). I mean these are just ideas. Not exactly sure how the backend works. If it gets implemented great! If not, there are always other ways :)
