To whosoever it may concern,
I believe it would be great if there was some type of ministry to the singles on here. I know you have a singles room that no one goes into and single threads which does offer some interaction and good advice in there, but maybe singles wouldn't be so intimated by the single room if there was some type of singles bible study going on in there or different preaching messages single related to the side like the room with the preaching clips that you can bring up messages for everyone to listen to. Which of course would start up converstaion in the room. Just a suggestion. Behavior and communication messages for singles would be great! I know we are a complcatied group but we apparently do me help :rolleyes:.

Ma'am,although i may be talking out of the subject.But there are Fellowships that have consecrated ministry.Just suggesting.

As if CC were a church, it may sound nice but I felt the hunch it could be also more divisive (you actually acknowledge how complicated we are).

AS I have also seen on those rooms (you said empty) some do like to lead their messages (perhaps acquainted few do like to read blogs) so less interact with those who like to address short or long messages on blog session.

If I were an Admin, I would be concerned on moderators for it... Will you be one?

Just to let you know! If you ever need someone to share or write, a little, this loner secular is on CC. :)

Consecrated ministry? I maybe talking off of subject as well, but was just meaning a room with bible study focused on singles issues. Maybe it would help singles to open up a little and to share things that has happened in their lives that may help someonte who is still struggling.

Would love to monitor a singles room, if I had the time for it. Have a heart for singles needs. Have been single 10 yrs, know a lot about it.

The singles chat is jumping nightly. Usually from about 10-11pm est til 2-3am. Been this way for months. Largely made up of the forum regulars.

What is needed is a Romance Christian Single room for the serious players. Perhaps, there is also a need for a One Night Stand room for those suffering from total eclipse of the heart.

One of the issues that get raised by singles I know in "real life" is the need for feeling a part of a group of others who aren't necessarily single but who will sincerely love and care for them. My vote would be for NOT isolating any group of Christian people, but instead encouraging us all to talk together with each other and understand each other's particular circumstances and support each other in those issues/circumstances...

Then they have separate groups where people who can more easily relate to one another meet.
Sure, it's good to help people understand one another better, but at the end of the day people sharing our problems will relate better than someone trying to understand something they aren't, or haven't, dealt with. Which is why there is a main service then specialty groups.
