To say that you cannot remove evidence from a crime scene is not a theory, it is the law. The person involved has been videotaped removing evidence from a crime scene and has admitted as much. That is not a theory.

To say that the prosecutor and defense attorney have the right to unaltered and unedited evidence is not a theory, that is the law. The three minute video they were given was edited and altered from the 26 minute video. They have the right to see the 26 minute video. Not a theory, that is the law.

To say that the person who took this evidence from the crime scene might be guilty of obstructing justice is not a theory, it is the law. I use the word "might" in the same way as we say you are innocent until proven guilty. He should have his day in court. But the evidence that is a predicate for a prosecution is already available. That is not a theory, everyone agrees with the evidence being there, some may argue that it isn't a felony, fine, they should be witnesses for the defense.

OK, people grieve differently, that is true, and my comment stands, when a person is murdered with a pre meditated murder 80-90% of the time it is someone in their close circle that is responsible (family, friend or colleague) and police will scrutinize them closely. You may not like it, but that is tough, the job of the investigator is not to be intentionally rude, but at the same time they cannot stop doing their job because they are accused of "being rude".
Which has nothing to do with fireworks at his memorial.

Grace and Peace.

To scrutinize means to examine or inspect something very closely, critically, and thoroughly. It goes far beyond a quick glance, involving deep attention to every small detail to find errors, check facts, or understand the truth.

Meanings of words change over time. The generally accepted definition of antisemite today is someone who is racist against Jews.
Through out human history, anyone can create words and throw at others.
But is that right in the eyes of our Lord?
If we claim to follow Jesus, then follow Jesus!

The jews threw "blasphemy " at Jesus, and they crucified Jesus. Should we follow that example?

You aren't scrutinizing, you're judging.

Which has nothing to do with what I said. To use dated definitions is too sow confusion. That's what you're doing.

Judging means you have formed an opinion. I haven't formed an opinion about Erika. There were other things at the memorial service that hit people the wrong way. I was there, I saw all those things, and I haven't formed an opinion about them either.

Granted I would never have a pyrotechnic show at a memorial service, that is me. I think it is a valid point to remember that, but by itself it doesn't mean anything. I view this assassination as a puzzle with 1,000 pieces, and this is simply one piece in that puzzle. If you put the whole puzzle together it will be one coherent picture even if the picture is chaotic. The only thing I know for sure is that in this picture that pyrotechnic display will be there, perhaps a teeny, tiny part of the picture, but it is definitely part of the picture.

Christians have every right to do so. Using righteous judgement.

John 7:24: Jesus says, "Do not judge according to appearance, but judge with righteous judgment."
You're judging how someone grieves. That's not what Jesus was talking about in that verse. Misusing scripture is judge-worthy.

You're judging how someone grieves.
You're confusing me with one here who is an Owens supporter.

That's not what Jesus was talking about in that verse.
What was he talking about? Be specific with Scripture references please.
Misusing scripture is judge-worthy.
Then you should direct your remarks toward ZNP, who judges Erika by what lies Candace has fed them.

Not me. I have never judged Erika in her grief.

I was directing my comments to others and then you jumped in. You should first read the context of my comments before responding.

Well you have judged Candace in her grief. She was extremely close to Charlie Kirk, working along side him for over 5 years and might even have gone to high school with him. In her grief she gave herself to investigate what happened regardless of the insults and slurs hurled her way.

Likewise, I also was very grieved when he was killed and you have judged me in my grief. I travelled 1,000 miles to go to the memorial. You have been very judgmental of me in my grief.

So I don't understand the hypocrisy. Both you and Nighttwister have no qualms with judging me for how I grieve, but find it unrighteous that I would share a link showing Erika at the Memorial service coming out to a pyrotechnic display.

Anyway just so long as I am faithful to the Lord, my only concern is that the Lord will say "well done thou good and faithful servant".

22 Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake.

23 Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets.

24 But woe unto you that are rich! for ye have received your consolation.

25 Woe unto you that are full! for ye shall hunger. Woe unto you that laugh now! for ye shall mourn and weep.

26 Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets.

Can people just have civil debate without calling names?
The names to avoid:

Anti this
Anti that

Jeremiah 17:27 But if ye will not hearken unto me to hallow the sabbath day, and not to bear a burden, even entering in at the gates of Jerusalem on the sabbath day; then will I kindle a fire in the gates thereof, and it shall devour the palaces of Jerusalem, and it shall not be quenched.

I am not a seventh day adventist, but I believe that every word of God is good for instruction to the man of God. So then how do I reconcile not being a seventh day Adventists with words like this in the Bible? The ten commandments have not been done away with. Instead I believe that the fulfillment of this command is Paul's word "I have been crucified with Christ". We abide in the death of Christ. Our old man must remain dead and buried in the tomb. The Bible says Jesus was in the tomb for three days. However, it also tells us He entered the tomb prior to sunset, so that would be the first day He was in the tomb and it was only for a short while before the second day began, and it also tells us He rose early in the morning on the third day, which is the Lord's day. So He was in the tomb for three days, but according to the record in the Bible it was not 72 hours. However, He was in the tomb for an entire 24 hours of the Sabbath day. Jesus Christ being dead, in the tomb, was the fulfillment of the sabbath day rest. The old creation must be put to death, all of our labor and work in the Lord must be in the new creation.

So then, how do we know if our old man has been put to death and we are now living and walking in the newness of life with Christ?

1 John 3:14 We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the brethren. He who does not love his brother abides in death

In other words, do I treat everyone the way I want to be treated?

For example, Charlie Kirk was a brother. He was assassinated while ministering. How would I want people to behave if I was assassinated? At the time that Charlie was assassinated there were a lot of evil and hateful things said about him on the internet. I was only aware of his ministry peripherally. I had heard him speak a few times, but did not know enough to know whether or not the hateful things were true. So I examined them. I went to the links. They accused Charlie of saying things, I wanted to hear him say those things. When I did that I learned the hateful, despicable things they were saying were an evil twisting of the words. When it came out of their mouths you thought "that is terrible" but when you listened to what Charlie said you thought "yeah, I agree with that". I would hope that if people had said horrible, hateful things about me that they wouldn't just take the word of slanderers at face value but instead would check out what I actually said.

So I realized that Satan was really going all out in this case and so I went to the Memorial service a thousand miles away. The very first thing that shocked me the most were all the politicians. I thought this was going to be a Christian memorial. But the worship part of the memorial seemed to stop once the actual Memorial began and was taken over by one politician after another speaking. It was clear that some of these politicians were not Christian, talking about seeing Charlie in Valhalla. They were all respectful, deferential and it also became clear how important Charlie's ministry had been to Donald Trump's election. That was something I didn't know until I went to the Memorial. The other thing that shocked me was not who was there and had a prominent place during the Memorial but even more who wasn't there. Charlie's parents and family weren't there! Later I learned that other very close friends of his were not invited, Candace Owens being the most prominent of those. But for his mother and father and sister to not be there, that to me was shocking.

My overall feeling leaving the Memorial was that "something is very wrong here". I didn't know anything, but I just had a very bad feeling. Anyway I have been interested in the investigation into what happened. That is where the "feeling" that something was not right became a horrible experience. Like replacing a piece of drywall in your house only to discover thousands of rats living in between the walls. Who could imagine the hatred and vile rhetoric being spewed at people asking reasonable questions about the case, especially about violations of the law that would constitute tampering with the evidence and obstruction of justice?

Agree, people are allowed to question, to have opinions.
After all, God give us a brain to think, Holy spirit to direct our thoughts.

Only the Bible holy scripture is true, all other talk can be questioned.

No need to be mad at opposite opinions.

During the Memorial it was made clear to us that Trump would not have been elected had it not been for Charlie Kirk's help with his ministry to get out the vote among college kids. So if you want to know more about that, there was a Turning Point action committee, and a Turning Point PAC. On October 24, 2024 there was a rally in Las Vegas, "The United for Change" rally which was the first time Trump talked about the help that Turning Point had given him. Most people remember that event because it was the first time Trump shared the snake poem. (If you don't know the poem a foolish girl finds a snake that is almost dead but nurtures it back to life only for the snake to bite and kill her, and when she says "why did you do that?" The snake replies because it is a snake.)

The truth is, no one should replace God in our life.

Did kirk think of political system too high in his life? A political system becomes savior?

Kirk was young, and no one is perfect. I was young once too, and was a bit too passionate and naieve on certain political system.

But now I realize it is all under God's sovereign plan.

No political system will save anyone. Jesus even refused to be their earthly king.
