Why would anyone be trying to get some guy off? The people who care about Charlie Kirk's assassination want to find out who was responsible and if that includes Tyler Robinson they want him convicted. But they want all the questions answered. There is no reason why anyone who wants to get the killer/or killers convicted would not want every question answered.
I taught Forensics and the one thing you learn is that every contact leaves a trace. It is not possible for someone to assassinate Charlie Kirk without leaving a trace. And you also learn the only way to keep a secret is if you are the only one that knows it. So if there were more people involved than just one person the evidence will lead you to people who will confess.
Did you hear the preliminary hearing in which Tyler Robinson's partner was questioned?
