Not true. It isn't unusual for evidence in an investigation or a pending or ongoing case to be kept out of public view.

The public are the ones who sit a jury. Voir dire isn't an iron clad guarantee bias won't find its way into a jury.

Valhalla tried to throw mud at Mitch Snow's testimony and Candace for airing it, which cost him some reputation. I think he has since distanced himself from the Paramount not-so-tactical goon, but I'm wary of him. Candace has been pretty clean in terms of her claims - "military precision" - but she does tend to leave some claims unverified for awhile, so the shills can be exposed as liars down the track.
