Baptist are more into doctrine, theology, morality...
Charismatic are more into experiencing God s presence.

Am I correct?

If we combine both good parts, do we have a perfect faith?

I was a baptist for 11 years, and it ruined my life as for Charismatics I engaged with a group of friends and deem them religious Catholics - non Christians. My life changed when I stopped following religion, and started placing my faith in Christ.

Baptists vary considerably. Some Baptists are very much into doctrine and theology. Others sadly are not. Also, I don't think that a person who is "into theology and doctrine" is not interested in the presence of God. The fact of God being with His people is a doctrine. I don't know much about Charismatics, but I have the impression that they are generally more concerned with experiences than they are with teaching/doctrine.

I'm sure there are people who manage to combine both good parts, but they're found in a number of different churches

No, but if we harmonize all parts of Scripture, we will be closer to a perfect revelation of GW.

Yes and no.

When I say Baptist, I don't mean the cultural ones, I meant the ones that seek Jesus seriously.
Same for charismatic, the ones that seek Jesus seriously.

I also heard about "experience ".

Let's say if Jacob, Paul didn't experience God in dreams, or stuck down from horse, blind... would they have the faith they had?

God's presence, experience with God equally important as scripture doctrines, in my opinion.

Seriously/sincerely seeking truth is the perfect way to saving faith (Matt. 7:7, Heb. 11:6, 2Thes. 2:10, 1Tim. 2:3-4).

When you were baptist 11 years, did you experience God's presence in your daily life? Did you bring offering to God as Able, Jacob....?

I believe in many churches, there are serious true Christians, as well as cultural ones. As Jesus said, wheat and tare grow together, that is God's devine plan, I think.

Actually, Charismatic is very much into doctrine, theology, etc but they also believe they can experience it where the Reformed believe everything has Ceased.

Many Southern Baptist now believe in Continuation including Speaking in Tongues.

Not every reformed guy is cessationist. John piper isn't.

Also I know at least one charismatic guy , he values experience above scripture.

Mt take is experience and scripture has to be in sync.

Agree.
I am saying general teaching tendency.
Not comparing culture

well the context of Charismatic is one who Identifies with the gifts of the Holy Spirit as the word in the Greek is χαρίζομαι,= Charismata

There are Baptist who have this experience. In reference to morality all evangelicals and fundamentalist tend to be more conservative in the culture.

So if someone claim to be Christian for 30 years, still not experiencing God's presence, or not offering to God, do you think the person is saved?

That could be a challenge to combine those two groups. I know many Baptists who do not consider Catholics to be Christian. I also know many Charismatic Catholics, including RCC priests.

Haha, to some maybe.
When I said to a long time reformer, your sickness , your lost of things, they are not a coincidence, not becauseof your carelessness. They are by God's plan. Then the person said, oh no, you are becoming charismatic.

But I don't understand, didn't reformed teach about sovereignty of God?
