I should clarify a couple things:
This should not be confused with "perspicacious." My perspicuity is constant. My perspicacity is hit-or-miss... sometimes I can be almost prescient, while at other times I am alarmingly obtuse.
This should not be confused with "humerus" as there is nothing at all bony about me. I like food too much for that.

I'm not sure what you just said, but it sounds like a description of some kind of bunion that obviously needs to be shaved off.
