I was just listening to Rush as he was saying the Broward county head of elections is basically thumbing her nose at all the alleged improprieties that transpired concerning the mid-term there. An Avis employee found ballot boxes in a rental car rented by someone affiliated with the Democratic party and that elections supervisor. And when they called the Broward police the sheriff that responded was a known anti-Trumper.
You can't make that stuff up. How can they think they've got a legitimate Governor or any candidate on the ballots in office with this cluster that's unfolding there now?
And if its that in Florida, being the Liberals wanted to take the House prior to the election expressly to begin the impeachment proceedings on Trump, how do we then know we can trust the Liberals actually did win the House in all states? If this is happening in Florida is it to be believed it is unique and exclusive to Florida?
And the Broward head of elections thinks because she's an elected official there's no policing agency that can take her out of the office and arrest her for illegal acts under the cloak of her elected office?
Given what her actions can do to Florida residents lives for the next two+ years?

There are plenty of senior dating sites on the Net. He could avail himself of any one of those.
What he appears to be trying to do is defraud the members of Tinder and do so using a legal inroad. Which won't happen.
He is the age he is. And even though in some states if not all by now he could self-identify as a female after having the state alter his original birth certificate, and that would be perfectly OK in some dating circles, he can't get a court to allow him to lie about his age.
If that precedent were to be set, a kid that's in the Marines at 19 could petition the court to alter his birth date to 22 so that he could buy alcohol at liquor stores off base.
It just can't happen in a rational society. And yet, our society is in a bus sized Ferrari heading straight to Hell in so many respects that an off ramp to adjust one's age for personal gain wouldn't surprise me at this juncture.

I live in Florida too and each election there is always a mess. When the smoke clears there will be a new Republican senator and governor. Recounts will not change anything dramatically. The two that lost the election are just another couple disgruntled Democrats that have lost an election because their skewed myopic vision of what is best for Florida was not well received. Sore losers.
When the guy is finally diagnosed with a bad prognosis he can file to legally change his medical chart stating that he is healthy and fit.
The courts believe that with the proper legal motion that is filed they can make stupid illegal as a display of their stupidity.

The Plaintiff in the OP article is rich. He describes himself as a young god. He's 69 years old and he's a Positivity Trainer. He says this fight is tantamount to identifying as a transgender.
