So my parents are seperate. My grandparents raised me and three of my siblings, me being the oldest. Six people. Then my grandmother died. Five people. Then my sister moves to Corpus Christi, then Wisconson. Four people. Then my brother went to the phoenix house as an alternative to foster care(long story). Three people. I should be moving soon. Leaving the youngest among us with my grandpa who has spoken(nearing death).
All of these events are connected in some way. Family's drug history went from my parents to me and my brother. I quit smoking(weed and cigarrettes) which is all I've done. My brother didn't and tried more and more things. From weed, pills, coke, drinking, and possibly other things. He skipped several times, flunked once, and has been involved in the criminal system for a while. He hangs around bad influences. I know because I've known him and his best friend longer than they've known each other. He's filled with a lot of fear and hatred.
My sister moved because of all the drama at school and in the house. From what I heard she's not in the best place or hanging around the best people, but the situation is tolderable. Her blood clots is a repeat. The first time it nearly killed her as did the vaccine. This time I don't know. I haven't heard much about it yet.
My grandfather I don't think ever let go of his wife. He can be bitter especially when it comes to drugs. Which makes my brother a big product of stress to him. And me too at the point of my downfall. He's got a heavy load, because he allows the past to weigh down on him even as the present situation is overbearing enough. But he's the one person in this world whom I respect the most for what he's done. I think he's afraid of dying without peace of mind like my grandmother.
I went through the whole of it because my entire family needs your prayers. Including my parents who need to wake up and my uncle, who from a previous phone call I know is hurting.
I think I'm the only one besides my grandpa who does pray often, who really leans to God, which I believe is why most of my problems are the ones they have and not my own. I try to encourage my grandpa, but so far I've been terrible at helping(as in not doing so). I beat myself up a lot because of it. I feel like a lot of it's my fault, because both my own mistakes and my silence and inaction has caused many of my loved ones to suffer more than what they should have.
Please! I know this was long, but I need you to understand and feel what I'm going though. What we're going through. Add you're compassion to your prayers and send my family your regards. We desperately need your help. God's help. To bring some goodness, some peace, maybe even some joy to our family would mean the world to me! I'm almost in tears because of how important it is. Of course I will pray and do my part but we need all the help we can get. Thanks in advance.
