Keep ur paws off of meds. They only make things worse in the long run
It is hard, this life sometimes, especially if there is imbalance but be encouraged that the Lord understands and wants you to keep leaning into Him and to make wise choices in how we take care of ourselves.

Of course no one has, milee, except the Lord. But He also uses people with various gifts and skills as encouragement, helps, healing, and mercy, among others. In our prayers.
Too many of these professionals are hacks. Useless and untrustworthy and running a biz unethically where clients are a herd to be milked.
