There were some books left out that the Bible mentioned. I also like the gospel of Nicodemus. I believe it's inspired. Men put the Bible together is history. It's up for debate whether they were inspired. They came up with their own criteria.

Peter in Acts said now get up and be baptized washing away your sin and you will recieve the Holy Spirit. What is salvation if not your sin washed away and recieving the Holy Spirit.

Im also not a fan of textual criticism. It has only produced confusion and cast doubt on what we have record of from the early church. What is the latest product of these "scholars" and publishers, wokeism injected into the scriptures.

You receive the Holy Spirit the moment you accept the Invitation from God to enter into your heart.
Water is a Symbol of what happened to Christ DBR, but it does nothing towards my Eternal Salvation and Security in God.
To teach Water does more when the Bible flat out tells us it is a Symbol, is a LIE, from the pits of Hell!
Making Water Baptism a requirement for Salvation, when the Bible tells us it is Symbolic at best, seems pretty dang WOKE to me!!
