The bible determines truth. If it is not biblical it is false.

Then let's see what the bible tells us:

1 Tim 3:15
if I am delayed, you will know how people ought to conduct themselves in God's household, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth.

Matt 18:17
If they still refuse to listen, tell it to the church; and if they refuse to listen even to the church, treat them as you would a pagan or a tax collector.

2 Thes 2:15
So then, brothers, stand firm and hold to the traditions that you were taught by us, either by our spoken word or by our letter.

Mmm huhh. Yes what's the point? The church is not the distorted Catholic Church. It is the New Testament church. Does the Catholic Church look anything like the church in the NT? Ahh no. The traditions are in the nt not the catechism if the RCC. So you prove nothing. We could argue back and forth and it will change nothing. Only God can change us. So if you want to feel like you win this, oat yourself on the back you win. I don't care what you believe.

The Catholic Church looks like the early Church. Your Church does not.

Some early Christian writings.

From Ignatius, a follower of John:

Ignatius of Antioch, Epistle to the Smyrnaeans, Chapter 6, 110 A.D.:
Take note of those who hold heterodox opinions on the grace of Jesus Christ which has come to us, and see how contrary their opinions are to the mind of God ... They abstain from the Eucharist and from prayer because they do not confess that the Eucharist is the flesh of our Savior Jesus Christ, flesh which suffered for our sins and which that Father, in his goodness, raised up again. They who deny the gift of God are perishing in their disputes.

St. Ignatius of Antioch, Epistle to the Smyrnaeans, 8:1, 110 A.D.:
Let that Eucharist be held valid which is offered by the bishop or by the one to whom the bishop has committed this charge. Wherever the bishop appears, there let the people be; as wherever Jesus Christ is, there is the Catholic Church.

Justin Martyr, describing Mass to a Roman emporer in about 150 AD:

The Eucharist
And this food is called among us Eucharist, of which no one is allowed to partake but the man who believes that the things which we teach are true, and who has been washed with the washing that is for the remission of sins, and unto regeneration, and who is so living as Christ has enjoined. For not as common bread and common drink do we receive these; but in like manner as Jesus Christ our Saviour, having been made flesh by the Word of God, had both flesh and blood for our salvation, so likewise have we been taught that the food which is blessed by the prayer of His word, and from which our blood and flesh by transmutation are nourished, is the flesh and blood of that Jesus who was made flesh. For the apostles, in the memoirs composed by them, which are called Gospels, have thus delivered unto us what was enjoined upon them; that Jesus took bread, and when He had given thanks, said, "This do ye in remembrance of Me, this is My body;" and that, after the same manner, having taken the cup and given thanks, He said, "This is My blood;" and gave it to them alone. Which the wicked devils have imitated in the mysteries of Mithras, commanding the same thing to be done. For, that bread and a cup of water are placed with certain incantations in the mystic rites of one who is being initiated, you either know or can learn.
Weekly worship of the Christians
And we afterwards continually remind each other of these things. And the wealthy among us help the needy; and we always keep together; and for all things wherewith we are supplied, we bless the Maker of all through His Son Jesus Christ, and through the Holy Ghost. And on the day called Sunday, all who live in cities or in the country gather together to one place, and the memoirs of the apostles or the writings of the prophets are read, as long as time permits; then, when the reader has ceased, the president verbally instructs, and exhorts to the imitation of these good things. Then we all rise together and pray, and, as we before said, when our prayer is ended, bread and wine and water are brought, and the president in like manner offers prayers and thanksgivings, according to his ability, and the people assent, saying Amen; and there is a distribution to each, and a participation of that over which thanks have been given, and to those who are absent a portion is sent by the deacons. And they who are well to do, and willing, give what each thinks fit; and what is collected is deposited with the president, who succours the orphans and widows and those who, through sickness or any other cause, are in want, and those who are in bonds and the strangers sojourning among us, and in a word takes care of all who are in need. But Sunday is the day on which we all hold our common assembly, because it is the first day on which God, having wrought a change in the darkness and matter, made the world; and Jesus Christ our Saviour on the same day rose from the dead. For He was crucified on the day before that of Saturn (Saturday); and on the day after that of Saturn, which is the day of the Sun, having appeared to His apostles and disciples, He taught them these things, which we have submitted to you also for your consideration
(This is from chapters 61-67 of the First Apology of Justin Martyr. You can read the whole document here.)

Sola Scriptura is fine when it is God, but man cannot live by Sola Scriptura, because we misinterpret and misconstrue to our purposes. Prima Scriptura is the path for us.

Good answer. Now tell me which Bible you use, and how you know it is the correct translation. I mean, if it's the Word of God you are going on only, you want to make sure you have it completely right, don't you? So which translation is the absolute correct one out of the thousands around today? And how do you know that you are understanding and translating EVERY TEACHING correctly?

"PUT BACK HERE ON EARTH"....What a statement....

You come up then you came back down....just WOW...

IT's TRUE, That is why we also eagerly WAIT for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.

and while we wait, we are pilgrims/ strangers in this earth.

So sorry you don't see in the Spirit who you could be from God a gift to you, or if you have it already, God is trying to show you truth. Yep we are no longer citizens here, we are not of the world, only in it.

Tell me who is the Christ? in your own words please?
Next what are you of today, the flesh or Spirit?
And did Christ come in the flesh here on earth, born of the Virgin Mary?
Thanks for you answers in advance

i beg to differ, because i feel for some people who claim they are saved, think they know it all and attack perfectly innocent people.
but actualy yes you can be saved but what you do with that great strength is upto you , but one thing is not to let your self righteousness, rule your head[/QUOTE]

Yes there is self righteousness and there is God's. read phil. 3 and this is revealed to us from Paul

I have righteousness, but it is not mine, it is God's. God chose for me to participate in his Righteousness and his alone.
Therefore I stand in the midst of adversity, knowing my Savior has been raised and so have I not in bodily form, in Spirit form, which today is the only way Father can be worshipped supplied through Son Jesus Christ.
This is not knowing it al it is trust in the living God through Christ as Paul showed us very well I his writing along with the other Apostolic writings as John, James, and Peter have written to us, and all of it boils down to trust God through Christ the Son.
our Savior unto and into Salvation for here and now in confidence of God, not worldly fleshly stuff at all
Philippians 3:1 [ No Confidence in the Flesh ] Further, my brothers and sisters, rejoice in the Lord! It is no trouble for me to write the same things to you again, and it is a safeguard for you.
Philippians 3:3 For it is we who are the circumcision, we who serve God by his Spirit, who boast in Christ Jesus, and who put no confidence in the flesh—

if there not part of scripture then what are they doing in catholic bibles, ????

At the council of Trent in 1500's, when the Bible was discerned by the council that 66 books where to remain, and all the others were determine as not scripture were removed as then the 66 books were to remain and are called the Cannon.

The Catholic Church did not agree with the assessment and kept in the books that they felt were of God and kept them in their Bibles. So the Split happened, yet truth remains, Jesus is the way, the truth and the life, no one gets to the Father except through Christ the Messiah to all the world.

Mmm huhh. Yes what's the point? The church is not the distorted Catholic Church. It is the New Testament church. Does the Catholic Church look anything like the church in the NT? Ahh no. Youre contradicting yourself if you know arguing back and forth wont change anything why do you keep trying to argue?

You have asked a good question, and it will lead to many more good questions about why the Catholics disobey scripture.

Again it was at the Council of Trent when the split here happened, books were removed from the word and all agreed to the 66 books to be the Cannon except the Catholic Church did not want certain books removed and did not have then removed as the rest did.

The bible determines truth. If it is not biblical it is false.

John 14:6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

It matters not which way it is sliced, diced and or cubed, Christ is the way, truth and life to Father.
Tell me where in the word, even in Catholic Bible that has the other writings still in it, that were removed by the Council of Trent in 1500's. Anywhere that God has said to figure it out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have found no where God ever said to figure it out. Have you or anyone found this.
I have found many, many, many times where he said to have Faith in God. Trust, trust, trust, believe, believe, believe and we all just fight and fight and fight, forsaking true love of God to you each and me personally'
GODJUSTLOVEYOU, get it and live it. please and I am talking to me

Then let's see what the bible tells us:

1 Tim 3:15
if I am delayed, you will know how people ought to conduct themselves in God's household, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth.

2 Thes 2:15
So then, brothers, stand firm and hold to the traditions that you were taught by us, either by our spoken word or by our letter.

So then if you are to treat what you think to be pagan, by what you quote scripture to be, and might be legalistic from misunderstanding scripture how does the below scripture then fit in
Luke 6:32 “If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners love those who love them.

And do you still sin, and are you a sinner redeemed by Christ as perfect in God's sight that appreciates God or takes advantage and uses being forgiven as an occasion for the flesh? God knows and that is all that matters here
We are by God called to believe in the Son Christ our Savior, unto and into Father.
For this is what Christ did for us all if we believe God.
[h=3]Colossians 1:21-23[/h]New International Version (NIV)

[SUP]21 [/SUP]Once you were alienated from God and were enemies in your minds because of[SUP][a][/SUP] your evil behavior. [SUP]22 [/SUP]But now he has reconciled you by Christ’s physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish and free from accusation—
[SUP]23 [/SUP]if you continue in your faith, established and firm, and do not move from the hope held out in the gospel. This is the gospel that you heard and that has been proclaimed to every creature under heaven, and of which I, Paul, have become a servant.

[h=3]1 John 4:16-18[/h]New International Version (NIV)

[SUP]16 [/SUP]And so we know and rely on the love God has for us.
God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them. [SUP]17 [/SUP]This is how love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment: In this world we are like Jesus. [SUP]18 [/SUP]There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.

So what is all the fear over, does God loves us or does God not? All of us. Do we believe this or not?

So which translation is the absolute correct one out of the thousands around today? And how do you know that you are understanding and translating EVERY TEACHING correctly?

That would be by whom one is dependent upon?
Was Christ 100% dependent upon Father? Did Christ do anything or say anything to anyone outside of what he listened to Father telling him?
Whom did Christ send after his ascension to us all that believe Jesus is the way, truth and life?
Is whom he sent to us the same one that led him?
So whom is it that is to lead each of us?
And how do we as sheep discern his voice?
Do we ever put any trust in this world and or self?
Is the Spirit willing and flesh weak?
What is born again? and if we are born again, what are we born of?
Is it a Denomination or a personal birth between God and you the believer in God?
Now if whatever you do after being born again is not of God's type of Love best described in 1 Coir. 13:4-13, then is it of God?
Maybe by that we might be able to discern God's voice in us, who lives in us that believe God, who have agreed to be dead to the self and alive to God will hear clearer and clearer and clearer, as we daily die to self. We one day if not already today be able to say as Paul said
Galatians 2:20
I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me

It is through the crucifixion that life is gained
1 Corinthians 2:2 For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him crucified.

Galatians 5:24 Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.

And the above is done by trust in God to do exactly what it says, for God did this already for us those that believe

Colossians 1:22 But now he has reconciled you by Christ’s physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish and free from accusation—

Good news to be thankful past tense done where as King David looked forward to this day as we look back to it.
Psalm 100:4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.

everything is centered around the cross, where there is a before and an after. Which are we on. Me I am on the after the cross change being born again in the Spirit of God by God a free gift to me and all that believe God by the resurrected Christ.

So sorry you don't see in the Spirit who you could be from God a gift to you, or if you have it already, God is trying to show you truth. Yep we are no longer citizens here, we are not of the world, only in it.

Do not be sorry...

By saying a catholic is not a Christian is not judging. We are not permitted to judge the heart. This can be done by God only. But, we can judge the fruits that an individual bares. Such as false teachings ungodly living. If we say a catholic is not a Christian, because he or she prays to Mary, Eats and drinks the body and blood of Christ over and over. Prays for and speaks to the dead in purgatory(this actually states that what Jesus Christ did on the cross was not enough),
baptize bells(ridiculous). All these things and the rest of their false teaching were not even part of their worship in the beginning of this religion. They were added all along to their worship as the years went by.
