This was before it jumped into my windbreak and came at my house and buildings.
What I find interesting about Parham is the same man who claimed that signs and wonders had resumed in 1901 also wrote in 1902 that if you don't preach signs and wonders as part of the gospel you're in danger of damnation from God.
In the same book (A Voice Crying in the Wilderness, 1902) he makes some truly ridiculous claims. He says Job was a sinner and that's why God sent catastrophe on him. He was dragged down by his godless wife who told him to curse God and die. He says the cyclone hit the house where his children were eating and drinking wine because they were partying and dancing. Then he says—you can't make this stuff up—they would probably belong to a "fashionable" church that allows dancing and theater-going; and surely wouldn't blame their godless behavior for their trouble but would have a rational explanation: it was merely a cyclone.
I wonder what Parham would think of the churches he spawned which permit every form of carnality and sensuality in the churches. But the apple doesn't fall far from the tree: today they make up equally ridiculous stories by twisting the scripture; nothing much has changed there.
It seems to me more people would want to know the origins of the church they attend.

Notice in that picture above ^ how the Fire is in a line just moving forward?
How does that line just get to the Home and buildings and moves a new direction that took a straight line into making multiple moves to avoid the Buildings?

Job, the bible claims was a Righteous man. so Parham is Wrong on that account!

I was raised Pentecostal, but Independent, no Denomination Connection. I dated a girl around my age, when I was 20, whose father was and still is an AOG Pastor. Discussing the Bible with him was useless. He reminded me of what I read about Hitler. If your ideas did not match his according to his interpretation of the Word of God, he would scream at you and demean you. I will just say this much, he lost quite a bit in his life since then. Even softened up. But those AoG people in the 1990's were difficult to be around.
No Parham is not the main guy LOL. His work is noted yet Rev. William Seymour was just as influential if not more. Are you a member of aog? because if you are you lack historical information of their founding.

First of All, I attended the AoG Conference held in Indianapolis every years I dated that woman. Secondly, I attended the AoG Bible University in Lakeland, Florida (still going strong and you can look it up). Thirdly, I could have been Ordained through the AoG. I did say, 1990's. And WHO ARE YOU to know the Character of that man?

I don't believe you. Anyone can go to a conference if you could have been ordained then, then you were a certified minister or licensed with AOG. You should know the 16 fundamental truths of AOG. All 16 are biblically supported.

First, a priest who describes an AOG minister From his point of view.
Second, another thinks that this man has judged all AOG.
Maybe the two of you began to get angry.

thank you but I am not angry, but the truth is not being told. first off who is Prest? Second, he has used his experience to suggest AOG is teaching things unbiblical. There are people who spoke at an event for the AOG who said things that were wrong and many of them when corrected Left the AOG as did:

Jim Baker
Bill Johnson
K Copeland came out of Church of God
as did K. Hagan
those above would not submit to the leadership for correction or biblical truth the AOG has required for all AOG ministers which I am one. They became rebels.
MANY today will not have credentials with the AOG because we have a very strict requirement.
1. you can't pastor and be divorced unless it was before salvation
2. any pornography at all you must step down for no less than two years. Jimmy Swaggart would not do that so he left.
3. we are an assembly of fellowships not a denomination.
4. we have 16 fundamental truths that we hold to and many positional letters on many topics.
With all of this just like judas, we have those who go rogue. The baptist has this issue too as we see the SBC have almost embraced CRT. and many other mainline churches.

I have answered yes. and provided a biblical answer. I am not the one who attacked those who I disagree with I only responded to the untruthful assertion made by some.
There are many wonderful men and women who disagree and they are saved and welcome to their belief. They were not rude or scoffing or mocking others as some here have. You look at the ones and you will see.
When Jesus was in a place where He couldn't do miracles, it wasn't because He lacked the faith to do them. It was because the people weren't receptive to it. In a world where fewer and fewer people are receptive to it, it is only natural that the numbers of miracles will decline. Until the very end, that is, when the Spirit will pour out upon His faithful. At that time they will happen whether the people are receptive or not, because at that time the power of Faith will reside with the doer and not the receiver. That time is drawing nigh my friend.
Maybe as a member of AOG, you think what he said hurt you, I understand, but we should learn to be patient.
You may think it is wrong for him to judge a person, but at the same time, you may also judge that he is wrong.
Let God do it. We don't have the ability to see through a person's heart.
One thing to understand is that it is not surprising that everyone has different ideas and views when reading the Bible.
It's difficult to achieve uniform standards unless one day God says what things should be.
