So there were only 16 people of the entire earth before the flood, Noah's family of 8 entered the Ark, the rest taken by the flood. Good thinking.
Jesus uses an ANALOGY.

What you are doing is taking the ANALOGY, PAST IT'S message.

For example, there are 10 virgins in Matthew 25.

In your template of interpretation, there are ACTUALLY only 10 believers at the rapture.
And in mat 24 there are only 4 "wicked" people , as you put it, on earth taken to judgement.
One in a field,
One at a mil
One on a house top
One in a bed.

*****************AHEM******************
There are components to analogies.
There are components to parables.
When you muddy up an analogy or a parable, it can be tortured to say anything YOU want it to.

The components have to have meaning HARMONIZING WITH THE MESSAGE.

IF ZERO discernment is applied, then yes, you should skip the entire analogy since you NEED IT MUDDIED UP.

*****here is what you need it to say *****
1 Half taken is not half taken.
2 Before the flood is not before the flood.
3 "The Greek word for "taken" is reversed to mean "wicked taken to a bad place."
4 Noah gathered pretrib/flood is erased and omitted.
5 The half taken in Matt 25 has nothing to do with the half taken of mat 24.
6 The setting of normal life in Noah and Lot is omitted and erased.( we never will see a postribber that does not change the setting)
7 The wicked dealt with in the second coming is postrib/wrath, but postribbers invent the pretrib wicked taken BEFORE THE FLOOD/PRETRIB, In an invented "WICKED RAPTURE."
8 Noah is gathered pretrib/preflood.
Postribbers claim Noah is gathered post flood.
9 Noah, a mile above the earth DURING THE TRIB/FLOOD, is really not Noah in the heavens during the flood.
10 Noah and family retuning postrib/ postflood back to earth, is not really Noah returning back from heaven as a picture of God's people returning postrib/postflood.

*******Now the best is for last********
Your ACTUAL CENTER, of Jesus analogy, is the wording "...and the flood came and swept them all away.... "
Psssst, IN REALITY the wicked are dealt with AFTER THE FLOOD/TRIB/WRATH.

YOUR ACTUAL CENTERPIECE IS A TOTAL 100% FAIL.

I am sure there is more to the twisting that you guys do IN THAT ONE ANALOGY.

Whew...how do you guys convince yourselves of all that???????

....and celebrate the twisting???????

Then once again, show me where is this "zeroth" resurrection for the "dead in Christ". According to not me, but the bible, there're only two resurrections, Dan. 12:1-2, Jn. 5:28-29. Dead in Christ rising is Paul's doctrine, not mine.

You can skip that grain harvest is 3 or 4 parts.
Yet it is ONE HARVEST.
ONE HARVEST, THAT IS MULTIPART/MULTILAYERED
You can do that. You can skip it.
You are doing exactly that.

Remember the FIRSTFRUITS PAUL POINTED TO ?
NOW, if you skip it, then it helps you?

Seems to be disingenuous.

But hey skip it.
If it works in your mind, then go for it.

I don't see how the dead rising first has to do with the order in which it all happens because if it is two seperate events then it cannot be back to back mainly because if the rapture and the return of Christ were back to back then it would read as such but if you notice in the book of revelation they are spoken of in seperate parts of the book in fact several things occur before the actual return of Christ and the rapture wgile being on of them is not spoken of in the same section as the return of Christ
Rev14:14 has the Jewish gathering.
The dead in Christ rise FIRST According to 1 thes 4.

THEREFORE the rapture CANNOT happen after the prewrath gathering of rev14:14.

When I discovered Rev 14:14 it NUKES everything but a pretrib rapture.
It ruins the debate, as post or midtrib raptures have no place to go.

All, except a pretrib rapture are dead. (Kapooot.)

Either the dead rise first, or Paul is way way off.

If end times are not viewed through the bride/groom prism, and the 2 covenant peoples, and the 2 harvests of grain and fruit, then end times will never make any sense, (since I must pick another "center". )

Postribs center on the trib/wrath.
That is their center.

Try and count the times they even mention the heart of end times.

THEY NEVER DO !!!!!
The very heart and center....ABSENT FROM THEIR "study"

God's panoramic PURPOSE...never even enters their minds.

It is so very sad seeing them go up to the barn, with a shotgun, and firing both barrels, .....and..... .missing from 2 ft away.

All that "study" wasted because GODS PURPOSE escapes them.

"The view from heaven."
Without it discernment is foggy.

Spurgeon said " Discernment is not knowing right from wrong, discernment is knowing right from almost right."

show me where is this "zeroth" resurrection for the "dead in Christ".
Precious friend, it is actually The Mystery resurrection of The "Body Of Christ", separate

Prophecy spoken By God's prophets “since the world began”

About resurrection(s):

"Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise.
Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs,
and the earth shall cast out the dead." (Isaiah 26:19 AV)
"And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some
to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt."
(Daniel 12:2 AV)

"And thou shalt be blessed; for they cannot recompense thee: for thou
shalt be recompensed at the resurrection of the just." (Luke 14:14 AV)
"But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection
from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage: Neither can they die any
more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the
children of the resurrection." (Luke 20:35-36 AV)
"Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall
hear The Voice of The SON of God: and they that hear shall live....Marvel not at this:
for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear His Voice, And
shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that
have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation." (John 5:25, 5:28-29 AV)
"And This is the Father’s Will Which Hath Sent Me, that of all which He hath given
Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. And this is the
Will of Him That Sent Me, that every one which seeth The SON, and believeth on Him,
may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day." (John 6:39-40 AV)
"Martha saith unto Him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the
last day. Jesus Said unto her, I AM The Resurrection, and The Life: he that believeth
in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in
Me shall never die. Believest thou This?" (John 11:24-26 AV)
"And have hope toward God, which they themselves also allow, that there
shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust." (Acts 24:15 AV)
Making Sense of "The Last Day"?

"But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is With The Lord
as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day" (2 Peter 3:8 AV)

Mystery, For The Body Of Christ

God's Current Context of His "Revelation" To One apostle, Paul:

"Mystery/Grace!" { Heavenly! } Risen And Glorified Christ, Gospel Of Grace,
Jew And Gentile "Equal!" In The One Body Of CHRIST, By One Baptism,
The One Holy Spirit's Operation!!

The Body Chosen In Christ "before the world began," But “kept secret
since the world began!” (Romans 16:25; Ephesians 1:4-11, 3:5-9 AV) Has Only:

One Resurrection:

"For The Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of
the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead In Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the
clouds, to meet The Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with The Lord."

"Behold, I shew you A Mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall
sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For
this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality."

-----
One Resurrection?
CHRIST “Gathers His Body” To Himself, to Take them To Heaven...
(2 Thessalonians 2:1-3; 1 Corinthians 15:49; 2 Corinthians 12:2, 5:1-2;
Ephesians 1:3, 20, 2:6; Philippians 3:20; 2 Timothy 4:18 AV)

Future Prophecy

"And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw
the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for The Word Of God,
and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark
upon their foreheads, or in their hands;...

The First 'Prophesied' resurrection ( = "they lived ?) of "the just"?:

...and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. But the rest of the dead
lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection."

One resurrection in one 24-hour 'day' makes no Sense Since "the heavens and the earth"
did Not "flee From Christ's (God's) Face Until This Second 'Prophesied'
"resurrection of the unjust"?:

"And I saw A Great White Throne, and Him That Sat On It, from Whose Face the earth
and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead,
small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was
opened, which is the book of life:
and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according
to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered
up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire.
This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast
into the lake of fire." (Revelation 20:11-15 AV)
Thus we find:

One 'Mystery' resurrection of The Body Of Christ
and
Two 'Prophesied' resurrections of "the just Of Israel, and 'the unjust' of All ages
= 3, Correct?

This entirely depends on your perceived identity of the "restrainer". It is commonly understood as the Holy Spirit, but that seems to contradict the "latter rain" prophecy, that in the last days God will pour out his spirit on all flesh, he will give power to his two witnesses. Another possibility is the body of christ, the true church that holds the testimony of Christ and his gospel, but aren't they under persecution of the Beast in the last days? Dispensationalists try to explain it away by identifying them as new converts, that makes no sense, considering the Beast will be able to deceive the whole world, even the elect. A third is civil governments, the Beast will build a dystopia, enforcing its will through demonic technologies - hello, AI, hello drones, hello transhumanism - without the need of a traditional government and democracy, this is already in progress, but I'm not sure whether that's the kind of lawlessness 2 Thess. 2:5-7 is referring to.

Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you these things? And now you know what is restraining, that he may be revealed in his own time. mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. (2 Thess. 2:5-7)

These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. (Rev. 7:14)

And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to make war with the rest of her offspring, who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. (Rev. 12:17)

Something here for pre-Trib and Post Trib believers.

The monk that started our Calendar started with the Lord's birth which I think was a mistake but if we go by the year the Lord was crucified was 33 AD. We add 2000 years. Now without adding or taking away from these numbers we come to year 2033.

Take away 7 years for pre-Tribbers and we got year 2026.

Is very good reason to be watchful.

Then that's quite a magnificent misunderstanding, the "he" for restrainer is capped, which usually indicates the Holy Trinity.

Then that's quite a magnificent misunderstanding, the "he" for restrainer is capped, which usually indicates the Holy Trinity.
The entity referred to as a "he" in II Thessalonians holds back the mystery of iniquity (read the spirit of antichrist). The early church held the restrainer to be a political power, most likely Rome (Acts 18:16), that restrained the spirit of antichrist that inhabited the Christ rejecting nation of Judaea. The Rapture Cult, seeking to buttress their doctrine of the church's removal, developed the idea the restrainer is the Holy Spirit, who would then be removed with the church. Scripture never shows the Holy Ghost in a martial role, but the archangel Michael is frequently seen in the militant sort of spiritual warfare required to restrain the power inherent in the rejection of Christ (see Daniel 10).
