Jesus doesn't need anyone's help to prove that he is real, people will see it in his followers actions, it is the Holy Spirit that draws people to believe, even then everything is based upon faith with this, there is no proving that God is real,
you don't need to fight for him, he can fight his own battles...He can and he will he is fully able and capable of doing so.

God has a set time an appointment to share the gospel with everyone, they will hear it till they die, if they choose not to believe it ...then that's that, just shake the dust off your feet and move on...

there is no need for these pointless arguments, that were created to cause division among men.

Lol. So now anti-Christians are the only valid source of info on wether or not to trust the Bible. Funny how you claim part of the Bible (not even the part I quoted) was later made up, and then your source for that is from 2005.

What? And the Bible's sources are from the B.C. period up until the year 1611. Your point?

Start watching at 2:40 - and if you're still not convinced I can provide other sources from
Bible scholars or you can google it yourself.

Lol, look at the desperate atheist squirming to deny. Yep, just keep squirming.

I didn't see Jesus appear or anything magical happen in the video. Do you really expect people to buy this?
Maybe the gun wasn't real and the guy gave up because he was dealing with a babbling lunatic? Good for her!

Wait, I thought you atheists weren't here to try and convince Christians of stuff.

Oh look, more desperate squirming. Let's call it, "anything but the truth-ism."

There is power in the name of JESUS, much power

Lol look at the desperate christian finding any anecdotal case to prove miracles exist and don't mean zip.

Yep keep on squirming. See i can play this game and i can make you look worse so i'd advise you to drop it here

He's pointin out the false points. You wanna stop being such an ignorant person?

I'm not desperate, nor do I need to prove anything to someone not looking for proof.

As soon an an amputee grows a limb back then you might have something.
Also, if a higher power was looking out for him why did the accident
happen in the first place? You count the hits and ignore the misses.

Perhaps your counting only misses and ignoring hits? You can go either way. It's your choice.

If you believe that, that Christians only believe out of desperation and we never use good sense or are any of us educated (which is obviously perfectly ridiculous), why do you spend so much time in a Christian Chat room throwing insults at our beliefs? Shouldn't you just feel sorry for us? If what you believe is true, that there is no god, what difference does it make what we believe? Are you saying we don't have the right to believe what we do? Apparently we're quite a threat to your beliefs or the lack there of, or otherwise, why spend so much time with us? There are many atheist chat rooms that would do nothing but cheer you on.

So you give up?

I'm merely discussing what you believe and correcting a few points. If you can't handle that then you shouldn't be on the internet.

I've never bashed people's beliefs, i'm merely challenging it. If i did any bashing, it's on the person himself for ignoring my point and creating a circular arguement

The doctor herself said she considered this a miraculous recovery. What about that don't you that demand proof understand? That's the very doctor that worked on this boy. If she's not educated in this area, no one is.

Correcting in your little world. You can't see how illogical of your own arguments are. Why would people bother to keep trying to give you the answer you demand when you don't see their point no matter what they say. You've presented no points.

And hey, I can obviously handle it. You obviously, however, can't handle my asking you an honest question. This really isn't an atheist vs Christian debate forum, though things are discussed. There are also those on the internet.

Appealing to an authority?

I doesn't matter who says what, the claim falls under equal weight. If a scientist says there's an invisible pony that exists, are you willing to believe him?

I see you atheists use that fallacy all the time to defend yourself. What appeal to authority? The doctor? Well yeah! I'll use that appeal to authority in this case, a rightful authority who actually knows what should happen in the healing process. You? You know? Give me a break. Wrong usage of that fallacy. That's used when you say something like "the scientific community believes evolution is valid." Does that sound familiar? That's when you're speaking of some vague undefined community of supposed authorities as defined by you.

Why don't you *gasp* show the proof?

Oh, this goes exactly with what I just said in the other thread. Allow me to copy/paste a couple things.

There's what I was looking for. Now you know what it feels like to us Christians talking with atheists.

Atheist: Give me proof

Christian: Here's some stuff you might find interesting.

Atheist: Demonstrate it, I want proof.

Christian: Here's this stuff.

Atheist: That's not good enough for me, I want proof.

Christian: ...

Only now I've reversed the roles, and you're the one wearing the shoes.

I asked you to demonstrate it, not just make claims that you have. What makes your word more reliable than the Bible, from my perspective?

I'll tell you what. I'll give you the proof right after you or Grey demonstrate and proove to me that your word is more reliable than the Bible, from my perspective.

Oh... that's just not true. A doctor who's studied human anatomy, has done I'm sure countless surgeries, and sees what's normal and abnormal in the healing process on a regular basis, combined with all the medical knowledge necessary to back up her understanding, i would definitely say carries an enormous amount of weight more than an unschooled person who knows nothing about anatomy and medicine in general. Yeah, that's another appeal to authority, that's perfectly valid, I might add. If you can't see that logic, there's not point in any more exchanges.

Oh, my goodness. You are the type to go and play the Spaghetti Monster bollocks 'card', aren't you?

Those straw-men arguments contain more straw than the Scarecrow from the Wizard of Oz. The logical facilities are so obvious, you don't have to even scratch below the surface to see what's wrong. Yes, faith is necessary to believe much of what Christians claim but your faith in not having faith isn't even offering the possibility for the idea that there is a one true God.
