Arwen83 brought to my attention something that I hadn't considered.

How (he) presents himself is important to me- like if it shows that he doesn't care about his appearance at all. I just think choice of clothes does say something about a guy. For example, if he was wearing really baggy jeans, a long black t-shirt or hoodie and NY baseball cap- I attribute that with G's and I am not attracted to G's. Some girls might be, but not me. And he may not be one, but am I really gonna give him the benefit of the doubt if he tries to ask me out? No I won't. If that makes me shallow, then I guess I am shallow. Whether or not we like it, how we dress says a lot about ourselves

Why style and Culture of clothing and apparel will you avoid like the plague?

-I personally do not have very much attraction to any woman wearing Cowboy boots, Flannel shirts or Tight Jeans.

-I suppose, like Arwen83 I'm not really into G's either. Wife beaters over a tank top, nope. (MMA culture falls here for me)

-The Mennonite, FLDS, Quaker and Hutterite look isn't my cup of tea either.

-Emilio Pucci, Givenchy, Fendi and Hello Kitty. No thank you, been there got the T-shirt, never again.

- cowboy boots are okay, unless they come with a belt buckle that looks like it belongs to a pro wrestler
- NO skinny jeans.
- hair that's not touchable
- man manicured nails...just..no
- those suits that look like they are about two sizes too small
- guyliner

"Hey, yo, wanna uh, go grab sum coffee or sumthin later?"

I agree with Julianna...
Cowboy boots are fine BUT if he's wearing spurs... there had better be a horse standing next to him

Where BarlyGurl and I are from we see Cowboy boots with a lot of different accessories. :)

I dont go for the trashy jersey shore/club girls, or really scene girls either. I do love the country style girls and the 'sexy librarian' look ones...

Funny thing, I wear baggy jeans only because I like the loose fit. (Not so much to show off my underwear. I use a belt.) But, I guess you have a point about the clothes we wear. People who don't know me, look at me like I'm a teenager.

Jeans- I love jeans on a guy
The following is what I like:

It's just not necessary or practical to wear them that low lol
Okay, I am going to bed now. Good night- Peace out dudes and dudettes :P

Interesting... It is strange isn't it, because of what someone chooses to reveal of themselves through their clothing you sometimes can tell a lot from first impressions.

I'm all about comfort, half the time I really don't care what I wear & if people think I look unkempt, stuff them! :) Oddly enough I do like getting dressed nicely sometimes as well... has to be practical though. Nothing worse than impractical clothing.

On girls for me... I dunno, The hippy look is generally a fail, as is an excessively sporty look or expensive look, actually tbh if ppl are up with the fashion I don't particularly like that - oddly, if it is expensive. Hate spending money on clothing. As a result, mum still dresses me. :D

The bookworm/librarian look is nice. :D
