If you really love them tell them the truth...they are sinners and the worse kind in the eyes of the Lord and need a Savior from their sin....

As I said the hatred of homosexuals by some Christians is why we have this issue in the first place.

All a homosexual needs to know is that Jesus loves them who died for them and that if they follow accept Jesus is son of God and follow Him otherwise they will be condemned and not enter heaven. They do not need to be told they are evil and what they are doing is worse than anything else put together. Maybe you would rather have them all rounded up and shot?

Sinners? Absolutely.

Worst kind? Uh ... no.

While we have differentiations of sin in this temporal world -- a thief is worse than a liar, and a murderer is worse than a thief -- to God, sin is sin is sin, and it all separates the unbeliever from Him.

Yes this sin is clearly defined as a sin that shows a reprobate condition and THE SIN of Sodom...so I think its very fair, biblically, to call it a sin of the worse kind.

Don't hate them anymore than I hate any other sinner..don't hate at all...I do hate that these people are being lied to and being kept in bondage by those who approve and promote their sin and causing them to go into destruction.

Its those who approve and promote this sin that hate these folks, not those who would see them free from this slavery to sexual perversion.

Where did Jesus teach these things? He asked the crowd if they thought the men on which a tower fell were worse than other men, and then said unless ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. Jesus said that He had not come to call the righteous, but sinner's to repentance.

Jesus called sinners to repent, not to continue in their sin. The angel told Joseph to call His name Jesus because He shall save His people from their sins.

Jesus also warned that the day would come when many would come to Him calling him "Lord" and even telling Him the things they had done in His name, and He would tell them, "Depart from me. I never knew you, ye workers of iniquity."

Rejecting sinful behavior does not equate to 'hate.' Christians get upset about killing babies, even though that's legal. The proponents of baby murder did not latch on to the word 'hate' like the sexual deviants have to describe those who oppose their views. But calling those who oppose them hateful is clever rhetoric.

Leviticus 19 says,
[SUP]17 [/SUP]‘You shall not hate your brother in your heart. You shall surely rebuke your neighbor, and not bear sin because of him. [SUP]18 [/SUP]You shall not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the children of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the Lord.

Sometimes love means telling another person he or she is sinning.

I Corinthians 13 tells us that love does not delight in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth. Approving of homosexual behavior is unloving.

I went to my friend's hair salon for a haircut earlier today and I noticed that the girl who usually washes my hair wasn't there. I asked my friend about her because the last time that I was there he told me that she was getting married soon. When I inquired as to whether or not she had been married yet, my friend's countenance changed. As it turns out, she recently quit and she is getting married to another girl soon. What a crazy, mixed up world this is.

Let those who sin continew to sin and those who do write continew to do good. As long as they are not kids, and they know God does not accept gays doing God shall deal with them at the time of judgement. There for who ever is gay or not we have to love them the way they are cos even those who are not gays they always sin in different ways and we will be also be judged by God.so lets love oneonthers.jane.

Full freedom.

If wal-mart doesn't want to sell me pencils or wedding cakes because I am a weirdo, or the color of my skin, or whatever other reason, then I'll go to target and get my pencils or wedding cakes there.
good! that's my philosophy, too...

but...

with full freedom, some people will end up with more power, property, and prestige than others...

given democratic principles, people who see themselves "under" will often use their votes to get "on top".

how would you prevent that?

also, what would you do if no one would sell you pencils?

No you don't seem to understand that equality is not based on sexual perversions.
Yeah many get what you're saying, remember, the Bible clearly shows that the ruler of planet earth is SATAN, Satan can strike at me, YOU anyone anytime he chooses and God allows this suffering, remember Job and his test?, each to their own way of handling matters as they think the Bible instructs them to do so.

Whats that have to do with folks trying to approve and promote deviant behavior? And trying to equate it to a civil right?

The bible also makes clear that those who serve sin...serve satan

But what happens when someone wants a gay agenda or political message written on the cake? what does a Bible loving Christian do?
The message you write on a cake is not your own. It is that of the customer.

nope. sin is sin. sorry.

The man is correct in saying...

"You're looking at a government agency telling a private citizen what they can and cannot say…This should scare every American," Aaron said. "That's downright scary that the government that was put in place to protect our freedoms is now stripping them away from us."

Not only have their religious freedoms been violated, but, their rights as owners and Citizens have been as well.

Remember when stores used to post "We have the right to refuse service?"

I don't think this is over, let's hope not, anyway.

The government restricting freedom of speech? Freedom of religious belief?

How about someone going into a Jewish or Muslim catering business and demanding they make pork related meals? How much attention do you think that would get if the owner said "Our beliefs do not allow us to even handle pork." How about having a homosexual catering business cater to an anti-homosexual function? The reason why you don't see these kinds of things is because most don't try to impose their beliefs on others. To do so begs the question as to motive, and I think most of us would agree that there is an agenda to these high-profile cases.

The argument is given that homosexuals are targeted for discrimination, because, after all, these businesses cater to adulterers, thieves, spiritual murderers, et cetera. But, the difference is that those guilty of these other sins do not walk into a business and say, "Well, I am getting married, and my fiancé is a divorced woman I was having an affair with and left my wife and kids for."

Perhaps if we had people advocating adultery and divorce as there are those advocating homosexuality, perhaps such an absurd scenario might make it into the media.

But usually people don't broadcast their sin, or make it a point to let business owners know that their lives stand in direct conflict with the religious beliefs of the owners. I have no doubt but that if one did approach Christian business owners with the above scenario, they would likely refuse service to them as well.

I am a business owner, and I can refuse service to anyone I want to, simple as that. In the past I have refused service to someone who sought to commit insurance fraud. That fellow was not happy with what I had to say. Did he go to the press and declare discrimination? No, because he knew what he was doing was wrong. And that is why homosexuals pursue this type of action...

...because they are demanding we not only accept their lifestyles, but want us to condone it.

And in the hearts of those of us who find this lifestyle to be sin, we would be condoning it if we participated in the event.

For the government to step in and demand we do is wrong, and I would love to have the chance to speak to some of these nitwits myself.

God bless.

Could this possibly fall under "Give unto Caesar the things belonging to.....?"

I might have made the cake - I just don't call it a "wedding" cake and would not use those words as I delivered it. As I said before in another posting, this is just a legal contract the government calls a marriage. Just a word. It is just a cake celebrating their legal contract in my eyes.

They are already getting married - nothing you can do will stop it. Why not at least show mercy? Mercy is called mercy because it is given to the ones who deserve it the least. If, in your eyes, these people do not deserve a wedding cake, do it for mercy's sake.

By withholding the cake, you would not be changing the laws one bit. Or even influencing the couple in any way other than negatively.

It is just a cake.

A sensible answer. Withholding the cake wont change the laws, nor will it make them less gay. In fact human nature being as it is it is more likely to make them even more determined to continue their Gay lifestyle.

So you don't feel that the shop owners have a right to exercise their beliefs? There are other cake shops the homosexuals can go to. Would you demand a Jew or a Muslim violate his/her beliefs and fix you a ham sandwich?

It's not just a matter of withholding the cake, it's a matter that to make the cake violates their beliefs.

Who is seeking to change laws? The homosexuals? Or the shop owners?

It is their right and that right should be protected by the Law, not used as a reason to remove their rights and create laws which violate Constitutional Rights.

What is in view is "You don't have a right to believe what you believe if it violates what another believes." Since when should that be considered logical? What did they do that "traumatized" these people? Made them feel bad...about their lifestyle? They didn't create the Doctrine that homosexuality is sin...God did. If the homosexuals have a problem, it's with God, not the shop owners.

And in regards to this...

Withholding the cake wont change the laws, nor will it make them less gay.

...how do you know?

How do you know that Christians standing firm in their beliefs won't change hearts? Sometimes that is exactly all that is needed.

What isn't needed is condoning homosexuals in their efforts to advance their Agenda and condemning Christians for standing firm in their beliefs.

What do you think the Framers of the Constitution would have had to say about two men wanting to be married in their day?

God bless.
