I just happened to have a page open from last night with that image displayed on it, since I am ever on the lookout for lovely angel images to incorporate into my panels
Which, just to be clear, that one does not qualify LOL. But it is cute 
Hold on here. I think in the picture of the cute angel, Everyone is assuming that she has an eye under that hair! Disqualified....
Ok lets get back to reality. Many photographers take pictures from the side to bring attention to a specific thing. If its the hair or whatever. Has nothing to do with iluminati.
We live in a time where people think eating tide pods is cool. One eye pictures are one of our lesser issues.
If people want to accociate me with iluminati and write me satanic stuff, let them. They will see what they will have from that
the same guy who is telling you this also thinks the earth is flat,

This is a "token sign" of the luciferian illuminati.
It is almost always done on purpose - to show affiliation with the evil cult or to give the indication that "they" are in control of something from-behind-the-scenes.
The person whose face is depicted in a one-eye fashion may or may not be aware of the significance.
I would like to suggest:
~ For those of you who are born-again Christians who would like to not be associated with an evil cult - please make sure your face pics have your face in the center of the picture so everyone can see both of your eyes - clearly visible - like a normal human being.
~ For those of you who really are "card-carrying members of the illuminati" - or, for whatever reason, support this evil cult - y'all just keep putting up the one-eye face pics so the rest of us will know who you are..

Just in case anyone wonders why I generally don't make a rebuttal to this kind of remark --- I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that one day - when God shows [whoever] the true nature of the earth (when they see it for themselves) - they are going to feel about as tall as the electron in a hydrogen atom.
I don’t think this could be a good source for the one eye representation for even if one eye is blind that eye would still have a eye socket thus two eye sockets.

This was more popular in the late 2000s. They are not members of the illuminati (which society ceased to exist about 200+ years a go, good riddance.)
