However, I was more specifically referring to the difference between 'Common Law' and that which is known by and associated to such names as:

~ Statute Law
~ Maritime Law
~ Commercial Law
~ Contract Law

The terms 'lawful' and 'unlawful' are Common Law terms based on what is "right and wrong" (compare: 'spirit-of-the-law'); the terms 'legal' and 'illegal' are Statute Law terms based on what is "legislatively dictated" (compare: 'letter-of-the-law').

Everyone should research it until they understand the true nature of our legal system(s).

Not to mention every other "system" we have.

I think our US Constitution was divinely inspired , I couldn't pretend to add anything to it to improve it concerning liberty and God given rights as a society . Being free requires daily maintenance and practice from the ground up not legislation enforcement from the top down .. Criminals constantly look for loopholes to bypass law, and the spirit of the law ..

You've hit the nail on the head. The field hospitals have been shut down because there was no one to be admitted. The two navy hospital ships sent post-haste to New York and Los Angeles were practically empty. Yet the agenda of the MSM remains the same -- lies and fear-mongering. If all the MSM would also be shut down, it would help tremendously.

What is now critical to understand is that COVID-19 deaths in the USA have been both inflated and over-reported. Many medical doctors are convinced that the total number should be cut by 20% (and I was being conservative with my 10%).

On that basis if the Johns Hopkins Interactive Map is now showing a total of 79,525 lets knock off 20% and the actual count is probably about 63,000. But since a few days ago CDC said it was around 38,000 (now at 47,128), we have a very serious issue of deception. 79,525 is almost 70% higher than the CDC report.

Who hates him and why ?.. DJT claims he will protect the US Constitution, I'm on that team , I don't have to be the star Pitcher or QB but I'm first string and not in the stands watching ..

What are you talking about. El Chapo loved Trump. He supplied most of his weapon's. LOL..( well, did'nt supply him but made it very, very, very easy for him to get them). And who does'nt hate thugs?
