yep,thats the very point,just one more of many. the way the military is trained to respond is what i explained though so no matter how anyone would prepare by storing things it will not help(because of what the mil. is going to do)
at best to prepare for a month of outages ect. is wise but past that no. now i say that because live on the coast (98 miles from it) Rita's eye(weak side) came across my house and we were out of water about 10 days and elec. over a month/5 weeks or so. when Ike hit it was on the other side of us and so the strong side hit us and it was about the same maybe a little sooner when we got everything back on. so things like that i do believe in preparing for.
in history whether by war,natural disaster ect. rose and fell so it would be unwise to assume any of the modern nations are immune from the same. when the new world was discovered the Indians that were here are a very interesting thing to examine down in south America we found large communities/some extinct and more complex tools and pottery,textiles ect.,,
in central Americas the same pyramids,textiles tools more complex civilizations ect. ,,,,,,but the north American Indians were not near as advanced as those from central and south America, so why? if we bare in mind Yellowstone in north America erupting the Indians in north America would have been working their way back from near extinction,so because of this it would stand to reason that they would not be as organized as their more extreme southern peoples,,,
so what would be the survival rate of another eruption in north America?,,,well the same north America would become almost extinct and central America a little better and south America the better chances. the rest of the earth though would fall into famine though because say in Europe "the old world" was already having problems finding the acreage to grow crops in 1492 because of population growth.
now the new world was to Europe a great big garden where food and textiles could be grown and sent back to the "old world",,,so is why the mid section of north America is called the "bread basket". now for instance if Yellowstone don't mind the geologist and does erupt(I'll say in 2080,so it's not scary) then the food Europe is importing from the bread basket will come to a screeching halt. and so then there will be a famine world wide that none has ever witnessed.
it's the snow that will catch the majority who survive the eruption. the ash fall and smoke will be so large and of length of time that it will block enough sunlight to drop the temperature and so it will cause year round winter(so no crops will grow),,,that is not my assumption that is from geological and archeological evidence found from the last eruption.
in the other post it seems i fell short of saying what to do but i did not,,,"feral",,,,that is chick weed is very nutritious and is a weed that grows in most of your yards,acorns,cat tail,doves,dandelion,(kale grows when covered with snow),,,the seeds from sweet-gum balls is one of the sources of tame-flu,the tender limbs of a weeping willow is where they get aspirin. hickory trees cannot grow where their taproot cannot find water,ect.ect. and to many others to name. whoever prepares by learning this has no need to carry the m.r.s.'s or spam and you seem to have nothing the mobs need to rob you of,,,,
now if it's the end of the world then god will feed you manna,thats obvious. but again he foretells us of war's and rumors of wars,earthquakes,famines,pestilence ect. and so one should wonder,,,(if it is not posable to survive these why did he mention them?)and if we notice the order these things take place prior to the end. so when the mark of the beast is enforced,"what will you eat"???,,,that is a can of spam is out of the question if you don't have a number to use to buy and sell. but the lord has provided you the earth to grow the food,the body and the blood will still be sitting there if we aquatint ourselves with it,,,,,,,,,,,,
