Pain in her heart
Tears in her eyes
The woman who cried out
But stayed silent in her mind
She wore guilt on her sleeve
She fell to her knees
Asking God why he could not
Fulfill her needs
She asked for peace
She desired hope
Feeling lost in a world
A world where she did not feel chosen
She felt regret
She felt despair
Often times laying in bed
Wishing she was never there
She dreamed of leaving but she could not escape
Hoping that the the air she breathed
Would take away the hate
The hate she felt inside
Because all she did was cry
She just wanted the misery to end
She wanted to feel peace from within
